Yup, spokes will be different size and you will have to purchase some

hey im having trouble finding the right size for a dirt jumper hub what size would be right for a dirt jumper

They usually have a 135mm width. Most multi speed hubs are this size. You can always use a single speed conversion kit to make it the tooth count you want
