This is a very great tactic. I started it with Man United in FM23 to test if it will work. I won 6 games in a row and was undefeated for 9 games. In the 10th game I lost 5-3 to Wolves but I rested bunch of first team players as we were playing Man City in 3 days. In that game I noticed that we were giving away too much space for long balls and so I decided to remove 'Step Up More' and won 4-1 against Man City despite having half XG. Next game in the Europa league I beat Real Betis 4-0. Truly outstanding start and this is the best tactic to watch.
By far the best tactic yet, had to start a new save with Vila Real in Portugal currently unbeaten in first 5 games of season scored 14 conceded 3 and only lost one in preseason to a higher ranked team 2-1 they only had 2 shots I had 22 lmao, also tried it in my Eastleigh save for a few games and won all 4 scoring 12 it's mental
I have been a fan of your content for years. I've seen the creative lows, fm rants and the life lows in your journey. You inspire me so much. the fact that your creative juices have been overflowing these past few weeks genuinely makes me happy. you're doing amazing man. thank you
I am glad fm community has a genius like you. In this video I discovered how to use Poacher and in which system this role works. Vlahovic scored 50+ goals in this role. Thank you, Rdf😭🙏
This tactic is brilliant, mate! Managed to take Swindon Town all the way to the Premier League, but despite putting together a half-decent squad, was just getting bossed all over the place. Changed my original 4-3-3 wide play tactic to this one, and all of a sudden, I'm battering everyone.
Brother, I went from winning 40% of the games to winning 85% of them because of these tactics. And other than that, Well done for such a well thought out video. Love the way you went about explaining all the little details in the tactics. Really make this game seems so legit. Thank you very much brother.
love your videos bro its helping me so much on winning and getting trophys. also, can you breakdown hansi flick's tactic in 2020 where bayern destroyed everyone?
It's one if the best books about football history of all time. Everybody even remotely interested in football tactics or managing gmaes should read it. Zonal Marking by Michael Cox. The GOAT football author in general is Jonathan Wilson.
Was a bit sceptical with this at first was struggling to put a run of form together, playing as Liverpool managed to win both domestic cups and lost the league by a point to Tottenham, however the season after wow only 3 games in but just beat Tottenham 7-0 so fair to say it think it works (may have slightly tweaked it a bit tho and swapped IW to the right)
Crazy how similar the playing style between Ange and Arne Slot is, no wonder why they were both the candidate for Spurs in the summer. The player roles are basically the same except for striker role.
Thank you bro been doing the same tactics but had the striker as a pf or af but noticed it wasn’t as effective until I switched to poacher. Thanks for the advice 🙏🏼
Amazing video as usual. It would be great if your next video was the Christmas tree tactic Ancelloti had in 2006, the last time you made a video about it was 4 years ago and we would love to see how it would work on this FM as its new and unique. It would also be amazing if you had a variation of a false 9 or deep lying forward with an attacking midfielder instead of two attacking midfielders, Thankyou and great tactic as usual.
I usually swap between tactics alot due to bordem but iv used this now for 3 or 4 seasons now I think, started in tier 11, now in tier 7 .. hope something new even better comes up soon, great tactic 👍
Just tried everything here with Benfica. My gosh. Its OP. I won the league without losing a single game. 31 wins 3 draws. Won both cups in Portugal. And to finish it off I won the Champions league 1-0 over Fc Bayern. All in the first season. Thanks for this!
It would be interesting to see if you can take on the tactics from Borussia Mönchengladbach with seoane- a club witch is definitely underperforming - would be really interesting with you take on them :)
Tactic idea could be to look at implementing a man marking system now, a lot of clubs most noticebility arsenal play an aggressive man marking system but have always found this something really hard to translate to FM
Can you do a 3CB tactic with a central Libero on attack? I love the Libero position (I used to play that role when I was much younger). Loved leaving my CB teammates and bombing forwards. Getting some shots in as well.
Excellent analysis and great tactic again !!! please make an analysis for my team Olympiacos under Hose luis Mentillibar who won Europa Leaque Conference .Thank you !!!
Hello, thank you very much for your tactics. Could you do the palmeiras tactic? since he is winning everything and it would be good to recreate it. A greeting and thanks in advance
Maybe you or other tactic content creators have done it already but i cant find it, i think it would be interesting with tactics with much lower intensity. In almost every video i see on youtube the intensity bar is red with counter-press, high lines etc and it has all been done before. Just a thought (and a challenge 😄), great videos on your channel!
Ah man the nostalgia of this bud from when you did a 433 for FM23 🤩 Can I ask is there a specific reason you put the CM(A) on the same side as the IW? Sorry if I missed it during the vid
Hello rdf, how are you? I hope you are well. While browsing social media, I saw the standings of the French league and Brest was in the 3rd place. Eric Roy really did the hard work. I ask you to examine Brest's tactics.
can you do a tactics video on wilfried nancy at columbus crew? maybe wait till the summer when the cucho saga is resolved. should be a 3-4-2-1 but he likes to do some de-zerbian studs on ball tactics, they won MLS cup last year.
one thing I always seem to struggle with in tactics creation is knowing the amount of attack duties to put in my tactics if I have to many or what players to put on attack duties, any tips? also top video as always bro!
Brilliant tactic, using this at the moment and on a 30 home game win streak 😁 .. Is theyre any chance this can be implemented into a 4231 formation somehow?, would it still work as well if pushed the mezzala up into the attacking midfield role?
Please make a 235 that can be used in lower leagues. I feel the inverted wingbacks don't offer enough width so if you could try with fullback on support it'd be nice. My goal is to stretch the opposition and have the option of going wide around the opponent or attacking the halfspaces from their defence getting wide. I also want to control the game and be defensively narrow trapping outside. Everytime I try this I'm at the verge of quitting as I cannot understand "FM language" until you do this, I quit my save
I have created a 3-4-2-1 tactics that are inspired by Xabi Alonso's Leverkusen. Using the R/L CB, the CDM, LWB and CAM we create a zig-zag shape on the wide area of the pitch. Im new to FM so could please implement these tactics into FM with a little bit of tweeks??
Hi RDF, i learn so much from you, i watch everything from start to finish. I just wanted to ask if it would be possible for you to make a tactic focusing more on attacking wingbacks? in most of my saves i have pacey and good crossers fullbacks but it's hard to make a tactic focusing on them without getting really exposed on transitions.
check out his xabi alonso or ruben amorin videos, they both have aggressive wingbacks. Otherwise use a wingplay 442 with one "winger" on wide mid or wide playmaker to tuck into the midfield, then your wingbacks overlap, your other wide mid is a inverted winger on attack and use a fwd on attack and 1 on support. your two mids should have hold position, like a dmd and a dlp_d that creates your 23 rest defense with a 5 attackers. 3rd option is a 4 2 3 1 with both your dm's on defensive duties, you will only have a block of 4 defenders however. then your wingbacks attack, use your cam as an AP and both your wingers invert. 4th option is to go find his video on liverpool from the 2018-2020 eras when both robertson and trent overlap and you have 2 bwm mids and a dlp or anchor that gives you a 2-3 rest defense again with 5 attackers.
I've already commented this on the video I'll address but It'd be AMAZING if you could please make a more realistic version of your "the perfect 2-3-5" using true midfielders and on fm24. I'm really struggling to do this on fm24 which has me on the verge of quitting my save. If you can do this well enough to work, I'll definitely be the next name on patreon. Please and thank you
How about to create the olympiakos tactic with medilivar as a coach? The man tranform the team to win espwcialy now with the 2-4 against astin vila in conference semi final first game
Hey can you try too make a chelsea tactic from like the last couple off weeks since its been a lot of change too pochs tactics and that he has inwerted cucu?
Halu. I always delegate set piece to my set piece coach. Question : When we create a tactic, does our set piece coach set up the set pieces in that tactic or not? Anyway, great content as always.
I'm in the second season with brentford. In the first season I played 433 with 2 wing back on atack, the dm is playing half back, cm are playing box to box and the other one is cm on support, 2 inside forwards on atack and the striker is and advanced forward. Finished 5th first season and got myself a place in the UEL. On my second season it going not bad but not as good as I wanted. I'm 9th in the league but i'm struggling against 3 at the back and my victories are not great victories. Should I chance the tactics? What's your advice. Thank you ;)
Bro, can you tell us, how up determination? In fm22-23 if player have 6.5 or less, you can punish him. But in fm24 there is no option to punish... Please, help me

Love how in depth you go for a beginner like me I'm learning soo much
Thank you for the excellent work you do every time to create such realistic tactics for the community. A really big thank you for that! 😎
This tactic super crazy!!!!~Even teams still not yet familiar but attack/defend transition quite beast!!!!!!
Looking at the intensity I think it’s a positive mentality for those asking.
love your videos bro its helping me so much on winning and getting trophys. also, can you breakdown hansi flick's tactic in 2020 where bayern destroyed everyone?
I’ve been using this tactic with Maidstone United and currently in championship play offs
I loved your microphone stand bro😂
The worst thing is I actually have the mic arm but there is two little things I’m missing to connect it. Those small pieces cost a big fee 😂
@@RDFTactics this looks good. Dont spend money 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
