I have a vintage table top Craftsman drill press with blue paint and factory stickers I picked up for $50. I had to replace the cord but it's a great piece. It weighs a ton!
I have a black one of these, and I would love to see how to replace the spindle bearings. I have a problem with drill bit wandering because the quill drifting and I think the chuck has a few issues as well
Thanks for saving this machine.
Good information thank you Adam
And thank you for watching

Ok, I have another video I believe where I show that, I’ll look through my videos and either give you the link or if not I’ll show on this drill
was that a mad max reference? what an awesome movie
It was indeed
I have an old Atlas that needs a cleaning....they really dont make them with the same styling like the older machines.
Yeah, I like the older deltas and such that have the cast iron belt covers and such
How do you change the chuck? I have a new one but I’m not sure if the chuck is simply threaded on or if there is another attachment method. Thanks
On this one you use a spanner on the holes on the collar above the chuck itself and knock it counter clockwise to remove it
