This guys results are great. I had a full head of hair until I was about 37 then suffered loss of my wife. As a doctor very good results, the front head is incredible, you will also need to replace the mid place and the back, but seeing the results of your front head, expect the same. Congrats.

There is no infinite hair in the donor area, once a graft is taken out it's not gonna regrow. The ammount of hair transplants you can do depend on how good your donor area is and how many graft it took to make one, and how bald you are. Not everyone is a good subject for HT. Besides you'll still need to take drugs if your MBP hasn't stabilized. But as an example, this HT he has done is 3800 graft, it's considered a lot for a first session, he might go for a smaller one again in the future and that's it. I can already tell he's gonna be a bad subject in a few years, he has diffuse thining, middle scalp and crown are thinning they will only go worse, this is typically a bad responder to HT as you don't have enough grafts to cover all the scalp, and since they put it all on the hairline. It looks good now but this HT is gonna be a nightmare. Unless he's able to regrow hair and stop the thinning with drugs like Finasterine and Minoxidil.

At least he will always have a good hairline. He treats it with some oil he got from one Monastery he won't tell me which one. But his hair is simply amazing. It all costed about 3000€ or 3700 dollars...

Imran Sayd Ive been on Finasteride since August. No side effects at all and saved a lot of my hair. Use Rogaine, Finasteride, Hair Vitamins and good shampoo/ conditioner and your hair will come back healthy.

Also I do a bald fade....so will you be able to see the fue punches?
Derek Roberts the common myth is that hair loss in guys is due to ‘high DHT level’. This is not true. Hair loss is caused by normal levels of DHT, the concern is, how sensitive to DHT is your hair. It’s more of s combination between genetics and hormones, not hormone levels.
...That’s why you won’t lose transplanted hair to DHT, because it’s not genetically susceptible to it. Increase your DHT levels, it still won’t do anything to it.

I'm not even balding but I do kinda dread the idea that I might one day, so I think it's cool that this surgery is possible. If ever I do go bald I'll try to just embrace it but if I feel I want my hair back I'll definitely consider this surgery. no he is not on any hairloss medications. He came back to do the top and crown area. If you have suitable donor areas and at least 6000-7000 Grafts scalp reserves, you dont need to take any hairloss medications.

Hey man, english is not my main language but i will try to explain. What happens is that the hair from the back of the head, that is usually used as the donor area, is not as sensitive to hormonal actions, thats why most people dont go bald in this region. Even so the hair is moved to the front part, they still keep this trait like a kind of "memory", which makes them much less likely to fall again.
