This guy in the video is one of the best candidates for hair transplant since its not diffuse thinning but just losing hair at the front with thick hair at the back.

I also had a hair transplant twice with two world class surgeons. Both times got shat on by luck. Only 60% of the hair grew back. Looks better than before, but life is still depressing. And now I got along scar on the back of my head so can't cut shorter than a #5 on the sides and back.
There should not be any scars, or noticeable scarring if you had done FUE. It's usually FUT that leaves a long scar. Also, IMO, world class surgeons are a bunch of baloney. From my experience, the techs do the majority of the work while the docs show up for consult. That's why I would ask for names and experiences of the techs, or better yet, the team that will work on you. Sometimes, world class surgeons have shitty techs. I've worked with a ton of docs in my profession, and to be honest, some of them may have the book education, but very low technical skill.

I understand why you focus on your hairline and forehead, but the look of your hair and especially your donor area before surgery indicates that it will bald “monk style” quite fast on the top. I think it’s ok for surgeons to get paid to help someone with very little balding because the results are like there never was balding. But for more advanced balding it’s really money thrown away, in a couple of years you will have all the “Brad Pitt hair” you want in the front but a big hole behind and no more donor area. Just let nature be what it is, you’ll be luckier in your next life.
2.7 euro per graft is wayyyyy too expensive for me personally, and I’d rather just get one in the UK for that price and save having to travel to Turkey. Good results though.

A Norwood 3 should look good after 4000 grafts. Hair transplantation works for Norwood 1 through maybe 5. A norwood 6 & 7 cannot get this result. There is just not enough donor hair left.

"Bad light" means harsh/very bright light & if you're losing hair, standing underneath bright light will expose your hairloss even more, that's why it's considered "bad light" in the hairloss community. Also i use regenpure dr (for the ketoconazole and saw palmetto and other natural stuff it has) as well as bi monthly microneedling with additional argan and coconut oil after needling session. used to use minoxidil but i decided that i didn't want minoxidil dependent hairs so i stopped that.
you would need 5 mg of finasteride to equivalently block what 0.5 mg of dutasteride would block. in addition, the 5 mg wouldn't reduce scalp DHT with the same intensity that 0.5 dutasteride would. i really do think it's a scam by the hair loss industry until dutasteride gets federally approved for hair loss.

Why would a 66 do a HT? It is too old I think, donor hair is already too thin and the recipient are will be too large to cover.
