- Altgang! What is good in this video we react to NF Returns. How the hell was I sleeping on this track. This is by far his best track, it has all elements and components of a great hip-hop track, lyricism, caydence, metaphor, it's so cleverly constructed. I really have to take my hat off to NF for this one, he really blew my head off with this one.

"Real scary, Carrie the verse" this is crazyyy. As in like he's carrying the verse but also references Carrie the horror movie in which she is an outcast and kills her enemies. My man NF goes hard with The words. Also if you didn't know, he is going to be a father!!

Yesssss!!! This is the best song on the album. The schemes and bars are fire. But hell, this song is like listening to music in 3D. He manages to make a soundscape that conjures such vivid imagery. The sound of the bullets in the flow is a perfect example because it makes something intangible feel incredibly real. Guy is spitting magic like a fire breathing dragon.

I agree in terms of lyricism,flow switches,schemes and bars this is his best song by far.The swag in this is just another level.

You got it spot on with the “There ain't no I in team, but drop the T and A Sometimes, if I'm being honest, feels like it's only me” line. Some people think that it was a subliminal shot at Em since it would be considered his response to Eminem’s The Ringer where he said “Especially an effing Recovery clone of me (NFing)”. Eminem took a subliminal shot at NF, and this can be considered his response. However, NF said in an interview that returns was not taking any shots at Em and the line was about drop the T and A and it leaves ME backwards.
Yeah it goes off a saying where if people say “There is no I in team” the response is “yes but there is an M and an E and that’s me” he is just making it all rhyme
He didn't say specifically that Returns it's not a shot at EM, he said he respects him too much and he doesn't know if he will answer even if EM took directly would diss him... and he said what EM said it can't be proven (he doesn't know how to take) but I think that was just a clever way to seem he didn't understand

(and we don't know exactly how would Nate call someone - I believe he would take a direct approach rather than sublimes - but we don't know for sure since he never was in a diss battle)
That being said this might not be a shot, but this is definitely a warning (aim at the game and even EM for that line), and the way he put it is very clever - I mean the energy in the song, and not to mention - even if he said he doesn't know if he will respond, but you can't deny that he was bothered by that (and EM is an aH for that - Nate is the last one on earth that deserves that)
and he didn't say explicitly that he wasn't bothered (and in the interview, he finished with "let's leave it at that") - he even didn't try to bring con-arguments regarding the line
Anyways everybody's take is different and this was mine. I'm sure EM will realize in 1K years that he was an aH and he will own that (I know that he does that, but it takes years) =)))

I personally think that the 'Trashbag' doesnt have a deep meaniny and he just means like that he doesnt carr where his ashes end up being, so he might as weel just throw it in the trashbag. Well thats for the refference in Oh Lord and Returns. For Options i think he just meant that you (the other rappers) are trash and belong next to the streets like a trashcan. And now that i talked about it. That may also be a stretch to the rappers of these days claiming they 'come from the streets' and NF was like 'Yeh and stay there you trash kiddo!' (Sorry for the grammar or spelling mistakes😅)

Like you said around 15:30 that he's a mastermind and has everything figured out down to the timbs, shirts, trash bags, etc., his music is literally an art piece which is why he has fans that are loyal and many haters who don't understand his artwork. It's not just music to him, and when people look it as such, he gets haters, but he knows his fans know him and love his music what it really means for him and themselves. Which is essentially why he said his fans "know he is not in that casket" because he said in Oh Lord "when I die, put my ashes in the trash bag". His word play and connection between new songs and songs from years ago is insane

NF feautures in that track and he makes a referrence to his way of dressing it there and it's quite a dope track as well. oh and I think he wasn't shooting shots on Eminem. it was more of him being alone unlike those other rappers who work in teams and have some people who write songs for them because he says in this track "sit back and observe, I like to actually work" meaning he does his work unlike the others who have a team who do it for them

When this song first came out most people thought that this was either a diss or him just saying "me", but there is a part at the end of the songs that I have not seen anyone else talk about. At the end he says "normal to you is not to me the outcast finally returns". Anyway on the eminem's kamikaze album there is a song called normal, and em talks about stuff how he ends up being surrounded by crazy people and how it's probably just his normal (That's not very accurate but u can go listen to the song urself if u see this). and we know that it is not NF's "normal". Anyway it's just a theory I had about that, I enjoyed the video, and have a nice day😋👍.

Like a Mannequin that can speak what I have in store is unique. In the 80s there was a movie called Mannequin where the mannequin came to life in the mall/store. Great movie. One of my favorites till this day. The actress who played her real name is Kim lol
