To my best of knowledge most of your video ends getting back the required voltage but what if connecting to load and not delivered designed current. Did you touch that scenario ? I'm a hobbyist and a civil engineer , driven by interest I asked the above question.
it is a valuable question. some steps i skip intentionally, like testing duty cycle, measuring switching frequency, cheking error amplifier, testing current limit circuit, line regulation, load regulation, ripple and noises (because these are advanced level troubleshooting methods) if i share it for a mid level or starting level troubleshooter, he may damage the test equipment or the unit under repair if a power supply is supposed to deliever 10 ampere and it starts with good regulated voltage output, with lower level threshod of vcc voltage, that means the PWM controller have enough headroom to increase its duty cycle for adjusting the output voltage. i can share all these test procedures and repair steps. but i am not sharing it publically in sake of human safety and equipment safety for output current testing please check video number 586 you are right. th-cam.com/video/sUaDQjoOVP0/w-d-xo.html for duty cycle and frequency test check video number 526 th-cam.com/video/c2_aBMiGIxk/w-d-xo.html
You can use a modern digital multimeter to measure AC in DC mode, or measure DC in AC mode. Normally, if you use AC mode to measure a DC voltage, you should see 0 V (or a small voltage caused by the ripple). If you use DC mode to measure a AC voltage, you should see 0 V (or a voltage indicates its DC offset). this is true or not sir.please help me sir
Excellent video thank you 🌹🌹🌹 i have two questions please: 1: does it have liquid damage? Because i see signs of it. 2:how can we fix the bad design?(when Fet is bad the ic will get bad with it..) Thank you 🌹
i replaced a damaged pfc ic along with mosfet and powered on it works fine but when we give load the ic and mosfet and fuse blows up, it happened twice please let me know if you have any idea why dear sir? thermal camera doesnt show any heated ic or any bad components.
yes it is possible to connect in series if current value is same but for parallel connection, the voltage and current specifications must be same for each one
Why sir they install four or five transformer . I have GAN electronic 600 watt el hps light for horticulture. This company is from Netherland. Sir please help me. Share your phone nmber I really need your help
Another diode must be installed in parallel with the PFC power choke to charge the capacitor when the circuit starts, most likely this is a diode in an SMC package. Without this diode, when mains voltage is applied, the power transistor and diode will explode
Hello. Yesterday I replaced CR6841S IC in a fake Apple charger ( chinese charger rated to 16.5V 65W) with no output, and got 17.5V. I Reassembled - NO V !! . Nothing unusual happened. I suspect the New IC is damaged. ** What can cause this ? ** ( I reflowed all, and want to do measurements today ). Thank you so much, I really like your videos !
check resistor at pin number 3 and +ver terminal of the capacitor , if it is good, then the IC may be suspected this time there are many parts fake and falsely marked or dead.
@@HaseebElectronics Thank you very much for the quick response ! What I understand is : check Pin #3 VIN of the IC , and ( +ver ??) the V on Main Cap. i.e does the IC get start-up V ? . You suspect low grade replacement , OK, I am thinking the IC got bad , as the first one, from something.. but of course , if so, why did I see 17.5V output.. so you might be correct ! A depressing experience , I was so happy that I correctly diagnosed :( Thanks again for your time !

Salam alaikum brother. Can you recommend me an equivalent Ic for WT7579 power supply supervisor. It's connected to NTC temperature sensor too
😍😍😍😍💯💯💯💯❤❤❤❤
I can't understand one thing if transformers are works only in AC then why they are connected after the output of rectifier..?
There i a switching effect that you need to understang.
I remember a while ago I bought a whole bag of 20n60 , the whole lot were fake or dead,
you are right. now a days there are many more components which are fake and falsely marked
