Let us know in the comments!
Making us hungry! It might be awhile before we get to hop on an adults only cruise, but we are glad we can see it all through your videos. It looks like fabulous dining on this ship! Thanks for sharing. 34:46
Wonderful overview, Jamie and Skylar! I sail Virgin for the food, the top shelf cocktails and, of course, being adult only. I've had most of the dishes you showcased in this video but there are a few you mentioned that I will be ordering in April during my next Virgin cruise...so thanks for covering those I haven't yet tried. I noticed, Skylar, that you had my favorite cocktail on the ship...the Fig Sour! Always my Go To and such a beautiful place to imbibe at the Dock. I sailed Valiant this past May, two days ago I was leaving the Resilient and I cannot wait to sail Scarlet in the spring. Thanks for a lovely video of my favorite cruise line, Virgin Voyages. You knocked it out of the park with this one!🙂
Wow! Its wonderful, you are both willing to try new flavors & foods... Good for both of you❤ I am not sure I would be so adventurous, but some of the food looked amazing!
Yeah we grew up in homes where you were expected to eat everything on your plate regardless of weather you liked it or not. While I hated it at the time, now I'm thankful for it, as I've acquired a taste for almost anything 😂
You two are such a great example. Don't dream it. Do it. So many of us "elders" have regrets. Not for what we did. For what we DIDN'T do. You keep us all brave.
Please keep Florida and Florida-adjacent content coming! Looking for interesting road trips within the state. Particularly interested in “old Florida.” Have you considered cruises from Florida to the southern Caribbean? What about the ferry from Florida to Bimini? Love your channel!
We're working on more FL content right now and will have it out sometime in February, with plenty more to come after that! We're always trying to come up with ideas for new old-Florida hidden gem videos, so if you come up with any let us know! A southern Caribbean cruise is pretty much the only type of cruise we haven't done yet and we absolutely want to visit the ABC islands. Fast ferry to Bimini would be a fun one as well!
Don't rightly know what is "unconventional " about this dining as I've never been on a cruise, but I do like it, especially that everything is included, easy to access, wide variety that i haven't seen on other cruise channels...the test kitchen is definitely the coolest thing ever for a cruise
The "unconventional" aspect of the dining on this ship is primarily that complimentary meals on other cruise lines consist of meals at either the main buffet or the main dining room. So you tend to end up eating in pretty much the same places ever day unless you pay extra. On Virgin, you no buffet or main dining rooms, but several complimentary restaurants and a food hall instead. A lot of people like the more traditional dining experience because you often have the same waiter/table mates every night. You also don't have to worry about making reservations. Plus some people just really love buffets. But yeah, the Test Kitchen was a pretty awesome experience. Never seen anything quite like it on a cruise ship. Thanks for watching!
Maybe I missed it but wish you guys would go over the cost, how many days and which port you sailed out of. Just subscribed and love the maps and deck levels on your videos!
The food looked amazing! For me, I like to grab and go for the buffet style. It's nice to have it served, but a combination is always nice. Where did you get the $100 coupon for drinks? I'm thrifty, ok cheap and the drink prices seemed a little spendy. You did a amazing job filming.
Thanks for the kind comments! We got a $100 ship credit for booking through Vacationstogo. You can use it however you like on the ship. I (Skylar) of course chose to use my half on drinks!
Great video. Thank you. Are you ever going to Dunedin again? We stayed at the Best Western Yacht Club in Dunedin. Nice location and rooms okay if not a little tired. Although we will stay there again. Regards, Peter from England. 🏴
We would like to sometime. During the first video we made there we were running on fumes and don't feel like we really did it justice. Hopefully we'll get back there sometime soon. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment, Peter!
This is a little video I made from our trip in Dunedin. We stayed for a week after watching your video. Thanks. th-cam.com/video/lSMxj-pm4rA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=d8k6GmGxpap7nlD6
We were definitely some of the older people at the parties, but overall I'd say we were middle of the pack in terms of age. I think the older people just tend to lay a little bit lower so they don't show up in our videos quite as much. It's definitely nothing like Celebrity though where we are very much on the younger end of the spectrum.
I had to stop the video and check out that mattress. Mine is like 20 years old so time to upgrade. I’ve had way too much fine dining the last few months…. But there’s always room for more. Great video.
We really have been incredibly happy with ours so far. We didn't thing our mattress was that bad until we got this one and immediately started sleeping way better. 20 years may be time for an upgrade, but if you're still sleeping good on it, I'd let it ride. Safe to say we've had too much dining in general over the last few months, but no cruises planned for a while so maybe there's hope of shedding a few of those extra cruise pounds!

Is it me or is this couple (on purpose?) playing the "Lady and the Tramp". No disrespect, just trying to understand if this is their marketing approach. Any thoughts? Nice video! Keep it up!
I (Skylar) never really thought of it that way, but no disrespect taken whatsoever. Given Jamie's properness and my long hair, love of beer, and general aversion to anything formal, I see how someone could find some similarities. I can assure you though that it is 100% us. Anyway, we're glad you liked the video and appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment.

Definitely would love to try the Test Kitchen. That looked great! So many fun options.
If you love trying new foods then the Test Kitchen is a must on Virgin 😁

You and Jamie won the drinking game? Well that's a shocker...LOL!
Brilliant. Happiness and Joy to you. Have a blessed time. Greetings ~ Milan

If you liked that fried cauliflower you NEED to go get the buffalo broccoli from Taco Dirty in Tampa.
That sounds amazing. We'll try to keep that in mind for next time we're in Tampa.

Well. you two, I am looking at the most senior travelers on the trip!

new sub, nothing to really say. good stuff.
Thanks for the sub, Karl. We appreciate it!
So much interesting food! Wow Nashvillle Hot Cauliflower at a former vegan restaurant!
It really was some of the most unique and delicious food we've ever had on a cruise.
Adults only cruise: Lick Me Till Ice Cream 😂
Yup definitely not kid-friendly 😂
Welp, now I want to go on a Virgin cruise.
If you like to eat, you'll probably enjoy a Virgin cruise!
