Determining Replacement of Burnt Dynamo Wire in the Starting Part

When a dynamo partially burns the wire, several methods must be taken into account, namely measuring the resistance of the wire itself, wire insulation between phases, wire insulation against the body.
Indeed, if you look at it visually, it cannot be seen completely, because the coils of wire are piled up, and there could be a short in the wire. By using measuring instruments, you can find out.
In this video, one way is to measure the insulation of the body and the wire itself.
If the insulation value is still above the minimum standard from the calculation formula, then part of the wire may be replaced, but if the value does not meet the minimum standard, then the entire wire must be replaced.
