11:06 I was in The Crucible that night to see the Mark Williams shot where he sent the red in to baulk and back to the middle pocket to plant the other red. Was only about the 4th or 5th shot of the evening. The Crucible erupted like he'd just won the title (which he did 2 days later!). I imagine there's never been a cheer like that at such an early stage of a session in history!

I play SnooKer going on40 yrs and Never have I made a 5 way plant until about 6 months ago where I performed thee ALMOST Impossible 2 - 5 ball plants in 7 hrs of compined play' lol

Because the difference was 17 points, with only 13 points available. If he had potted the pink, he would automatically lose the frame.
to add on to kevin- he was snookering Hull to try and force him to foul so that he could at least tie. (if he forced Hull to foul at least once, he would be awarded 4 points and then he only would have only been behind 13 points, with 13 remaining on the table.
