    I really look forward to these briefings. My husband and I listen to this daily and I am eager to have my children start listening when they are old enough.

    Great answer regarding ancient authors taught in (particularly) classical Christian schools. My wife gets questions every year as an elementary teacher in one such school about the value of learning and reading through many of those ancient authors (particularly about mythology). This answer will be of help. Thank you!

    What has happened to CoE and The Methodists is a cautionary tale to every denomination.

      dude we are waaaay past that cautionary tale bullshit.. the gay agenda has completely taken over every mainline denomination and now the secondary effects are being felt amongst the so-called conservative denominations where even they are now scared to take a bold stand in condemning gay marriage activities. Alister Begg is exhibit A of this influx.

      Begg isn't though. Listen to his preaching.

    When a denomination embraces sin why would its leader treat sin as serious? So sad. I'm glad the true believers in the ACNA are still hanging strong.

      The majority of the denomination hasn't though. It's mainly the bishops who've gone woke.

    An overwhelming majority of the worldwide Anglican community remains solidly orthodox and biblical. Organizations like GAFCON and GSFA (which represent 85% of global Anglicans) have been rethinking how the Anglican Communion can continue the work of the gospel apart from the apostate Churches in the developed world. It is said that the evangelical fervor of faithful Anglicans took the gospel to the world in the 18th and 19th century, and seem to have lost it in their own countries.

    The immorality in churches and the coverup there of is of grave concern, given how dead people are becoming to the idea of attending churches... Then again, we are talking about the Anglican Church here... From South Africa!

      The camps were not connected to the CofE.

    It is very difficult in the CofE for an Evangelical not to become a liberal Anglo-Catholic will rising in the hierarchy.

    They can't help but fulfill Bible prophecies....
    It is necessary that the clay (the dirt not pure clay , indicating believers with false beliefs) mix with the iron (politics) so the prophecy was fulfilled...

    Let’s let boys turn into men and allow young men the right to be--young men. You know the stupid laughs and outrageous fun minus the sin…
    Sorry guys but our fallen nature impacts even how we interact with our faith.
    Yes maturity is an issue but there are a lot of hyper spiritual young ladies that place all these rules and regs on their future spouses that it seems like they are looking for Jesus to marry
    Ladies you have bad breath when you wake up, you deal with pride as well.
    Matter of fact the fall has impacted you equally and sadly-many of you look at decency and light heartedness as weakness
    I should know-my wife as beautiful as she is-is that person. Spiritual pride is still pride

    The Church of England recently decided to stop using the word “Church” to be more modern, which is another example of just how nutzo this Archbishop is. How long before they stop saying “Christ” to be more inclusive, and stop using the name Jesus to be less divisive.

      @HearGodsWord , I didn't say you had, but how do you feel about the leadership's plans for your future?

    • @HearGodsWord
      @HearGodsWord 17 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

      @biblehistoryscience3530 we are fighting their plans through groups like the alliance, CEEC, etc. Withholding parish share is also hitting them financially. The Bishops are tying to get the change in through the backdoor because they know there isn't a 2/3rds majority to vote their changes in.

    • @biblehistoryscience3530
      @biblehistoryscience3530 15 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      @HearGodsWord , glad to hear. It blows my mind how a church can do such things, but Jesus did warn us.

    • @HearGodsWord
      @HearGodsWord 15 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      @biblehistoryscience3530 yes, the Bishops (not all, more are opposing these changes) seem to listen to politicians more than they listen to God's Word. The majority of the people in the pews do not want these changes. They're being forced on them.
