Bikepacking Portugal Eurovelo 1 Porto to Foz do Arelho July 2024

Bike packing in Portugal with my nephews Jose and Jorge. We followed the Eurovelo 1 route from Porto to Foz da Arelho which was 90% traffic free.We cycled for 3 days. We spent the 1st night in an apartment in Aveiro and stayed in campsites for the following 2 nights. On the 4th day travelled back to Aveiro by train from Caldas da Rainha. The scenery was breathtaking and the route mostly flat. There were however a couple of challenging hills on the route. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend it.
