    Than you much! I love you for posting this. I am a widow and I took apart the power head. Because it wasn’t picking up. I have been trying for hours to put it back. Couldn’t figure out where a couple pieces went. You save me from taking it to the repair shop. And I really needed it, I have company tomorrow. And the plugged up area wasn’t in the power head it was the wand. That took hours. It’s hell getting old. Thank you again.

    A bit of a PITA to work on but these bad boys don't break down often. Nothing but good things to say about the EBK360 via hundreds of sales.

    Great video! And what a beast of a power head. The chevron Brush roller seems to allow more airflow. Would you agree this powerhead would rival that of the Sebo ET-1? I own a Sebo Felix Rosso and a Miele C3 Complete powerline and am debating as to whether modify my Miele to take the ET-1 or just buy an EBK 360. I would need to connect power from the canister to the nozzle either way. But alas, the 360 is not sold in Australia, deprived as we are. What are your thoughts on the two powerheads comparatively? And also, on my hybrid idea?

      I like the SEBO ET350 --- it's a tank and doesn't die but doesn't have height adjustment like the EBK360 does. I sell the ET350 for my commercial carpet clients and the EBK360 for pretty much all my residential work. I have probably sold 800 of them and I had 1 issue come up. By far the most reliable powerhead I have sold in my career.

    Is it normal for the SEB228 to have a rattling noise around the area a headlight could be? My SEB228 has had it right out of the box. It’s brand new. Otherwise, it’s quite a bit more aggressive than the 236, which I like. It pulls itself. Seems to groom the carpet very well also.

    How does the small black piece, that is pictured as part of the height adjustment, go back in? I don’t see it on the video.

    would this be compatible with the Miele canisters? I'm leaning towards this vs the SEB 228 because it has the LED lights.

      It has a different neck and will not fit a Miele. If you want a lighted power brush with Miele you want to upgrade to the SEB236 model

      You could also buy a eBK 360 and then also by a Miele and neck

    Would something like this new a good replacement nozzle for my miracle mate vacuum? Mine doesn't have the fancy sebo power nozzle it has the cheaper one and the brush roll on it warped and vibrates like crazy! I love the vacuum I just can't handle the loudness of the power nozzle.

      Performance Reviews unfortunately my closest vacuum store is in Sterling Colorado and over an hour drive from my house. And they're not very good there the couple times I've gone.

    Great video, helped me alot to put the height adjustment wheel back but I was left with a small spring that I have no idea where it came from, could you help with that?

    This has 2 springs in the housing. Do they go below the height adjustment and power push buttons.

    I wish the SEB 228 came with a bumper.

    I feel like my SEB228 cleans better than my SEB236. Is that true or is that just my perception? It just seems like it grips and grabs the carpet better. It runs away from me.

    • @PerformanceReviews
      @PerformanceReviews  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's the newer design, I really do think it cleans a certain types of carpets better. It's also what I personally choose to use in my home.

    The Miele version (seb228) doesn't come with a light. Can it be retrofit with a light from the wessel werk version?

    • @PerformanceReviews
      @PerformanceReviews  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes it can if you're willing to buy all the right parts

    • @shawnbond1975

      @@jhomrich89 thanks. I had the upgraded version with light, but it didn't work well on my thick carpet so I sold it.

      I have the same problem, just quit working as it should. It has power and brush is spinning, but no suction

    You need to SHOW people what you are doing. Too many things you did with no view of what you did or explanation. Also note when a step is crucial or difficult. For example, mine was hard to open and the parts when all over the place sort of. Now I have a part related to the height adjustment that I can't figure out. Sure would be nice if you pointed it out.
