I have tried many of your recipes and all turned out so perfectly! I had forgotten about “tenurumi” pasta until I saw your video about pasta con tenurumi, a dish my mother would prepare…..sooo delish! Thanks Rosella!

This is EXACTLY how my family made them, but we also called them cavatelli or homemade macaroni. My grandma, mother and aunts used their bare hands with boiling water, but I like Stefania's method better. Thanks for sharing another great recipe.

Do you mean the one to 'shape' gnocchi?? If so, it's just a 'gnocchi board' :) or do you mean the wooden board they used to prepare the dough in this video? That I don't know. I'm not in the US but I know the 'Sur la Table' maybe they have it, but it might be pricey.. or check online. I was looking for one for long time and guess what? I found it at an open market! when and where I less expected to find one. You can also use the back of a fork, I guess Rosella has a video with Nonna Romana where they use that technique. Best of luck :)

Hi Nina , Thank you for your response. It is the Board for the dough. I have checked online ... nothing similar only in UK, I believe.

@@vnd94 Thank YOU so much for your 1st comment, otherwise I wouldn't have known and I also want one of those boards. I did some research already and its called 'Pastry board or dough board' but the one she is using I found it as 'Noodle board' and some really cute ones come with handles (I want one of those) but it's also used to cover the top of the stove or sink, so I also found it as 'Stove top cover' and for the US I found you can either DIY (I cant do that) or the places I checked were Williams-Sonoma, BedBad&Beyond.. interesting they also have some made of marble, those are really pretty and chic. Thanks so much bc I had seen them before and find them so useful and pretty, I guess every nonna or mamma in Italy have one. Best of luck! Now I have to check where I can find one for me :) ....

She has my same surname 😂 maybe we are some kind of relatives. I think I'm trying this recipe because looks so nice and soft!

Did she cook the gnocchi for a certain time, or until they flooted to the top?
