First of all, police don't wear their caps when being activated because it might be of hindrance when giving chase. Second, yes when receiving a call they send a few police cruisers consisting of 2 officers inside, if not where the heck you want to put the offenders? Third, yes "activate the ambulance" that's just how it is said, and what you expect? Police catch criminals not check your wounds or only do basic CPR. Lastly, it's not a riot, it's an affray.
Not just the kungfu sound effects, even the fake screeching sound of the police car stopping makes them look like clowns.
