- A masterpiece of atmosphere & aesthetics, Elden Ring quickly became one of my favorite games of all time simply due to its insanely well realized art design and grand boss fights.
This is an attempt to give it some praise.
Also I really like this song.

I mean, I don't think on a technical level it looks amazing, but holy shit the art direction is absolutely godly.
Elden ring is the game I always imagined back when I was looking at video game box art as a kid

Goosebump. People can have different opinions regarding Elden Ring's combat, story...etc. But we all have to agree one thing: this game is truly beautiful.

Constantly copied and pasted enemies and re-used bosses as normal enemies late game? some of the easiest bosses that are 100% a joke to fight? terrible performance on even the highest Spec systems? terribly put together lore? Shitty PvP system that is the most unbalanced a FromSoft game has ever been? An open world that is quite literally empty where ever you go? The absolute worst side quests in any game? unlikeable characters? Useless weapons or re-used armour from other souls games?
In that Decade you clearly didn't play many games, Elden ring was a mess and honestly i'd rather play Dark Souls 2 again...

I think something that’s truly underrated about Elden Ring is that it frames ambition as a positive force.
The longing to occupy a greater station then you already do is almost always portrayed as a villainous motivation in the world of fiction.
Yet in the real world, in our world, the desire of people to be something more then what they already are has been the source of some of genuine change for the better. Civil rights, the elimination of diseases, machines that let people explore outer space when evolution intended for us to never leave the earth.
I’m not sure why Fromsoft decided to go somewhat more hopeful then Elden Ring then any of their previous stories. Maybe after so much doom and gloom they just wanted to do something positive for a change. But whatever the reason, I’m truly thankful they did.
Because if enough people walk away from this game believing the forces that dictate our lives aren’t insurmountable as they want us to believe, maybe we’ll start seeing that hope more often in real life.
This was recommended to me and I thought i read it had 100k views. Keep it up

And the best of this is that it's all gameplay, it's you playing. No cutscenes, no cinemstics, no quick time events. Just you, your skill and the beauty of this game
the fact that gaming as a whole is still very new in the sense that its going to exist far into the future and there is already a game THIS good is just like inspiring, i cant wait to see the games that come out in the next 40-50 years.
If AI doesnt kill the industry and developers' creativity, it will be very exciting indeed

What an inspiring game. Rarely have I every played a title that demonstrates such a masterclass in beauty and excellence. Well-deserved GOTY for 2022 and easily my favorite From Software game to date. This video is wonderful, awesome job.

This movie's soundtrack is my no. 1 ost in all of movies and the movie itself was pretty good, such a shame that it flopped.

This game had such epic boss fights (for the main demi-god and legend fights). They really went all out on making them feel like an event. I first thought this on my initial playthrough after my first 3 shardbearer encounters (Godrick and his putting a dragon head on his arm, Rennala with her unsettling first phase of singing children and her 2nd phase's beautiful arena and magic, and Radahn launching volleys of massive arrows and coming down as a fucking meteor).
I am 24th to watch this. And I am surprised that this video do not have like a million of views. pretty great tribute!!!

2022 was a great year for gaming, we had a lot of good triple a games and an increasingly popular amount of indie games that left me speechless, and elden ring is the peak of this beautiful year
Seeing you hit the Elden Beast with the Gransaxx Bolt to finish it off was very satisfying for me.

this is probably the best Elden Ring montage I've ever seen. I've been waiting for the perfect video to showcase to my wife as to why Elden Ring is one of the best games ever made and this is the one I'll show her. She's not a gamer so I can't show her a detailed analysis video so this is perfect.
