- Was able to hike back out to the bottle dump with my brother man Wayne from the Historical society and we absolutely killed it. What an incredible dig you guys are gonna enjoy this one. I can’t wait either and still getting over this bug plus just been super busy. Definitely very soon though for sure. Also trying for a few more privy digs before the snow begins falling and ground freezes. Not enough time 😂 and shortened daylight hours now. Thanks brother man I couldn’t believe the absolute pile of hospital bottles Wayne got into. I would imagine once I start going higher after I reach bottom I’ll get a ton too but I want to see what’s down on the bottom 😂. Does seem to still have a lot of potential in other areas to but not sure on depth. Where I currently am is much deeper then anywhere else I’m found and didn’t even know it went that deep at all. Real excited to get back in there but not excited about the 2 hour clean out I have waiting for me .

That is molten gold on the outline of the green vase you found with the cherub on it.❤
Yes! Thank you! Hand painted gold gilt yes ma’am 24kt in its pure form. They used it on the fancier items in the 18th& 19th centuries as an accent. Love finding things like this and hardly ever undamaged. Appreciate you

If you dig with the full moon you will always have enough dirt to refill your hole with dirt left over. If you wait and dig on the descending of the moon you will not have enough dirt to fill your hole you dug. My grandpa taught me that.

Hey it’s me again I just wanted to ask you about a bottle I have that I can’t find anything about it’s a Jax’s beer it has a cowboy riding a horse on the front and it is from Jax’s brewing company in New Orleans

Personally in lonaconing it would be the myers drug co druggist bottles from lonaconing dating 1880-1890s I also have a Joseph Bauman flask from lonaconing dating 1890s. I’ve dug much older stuff but not necessarily from lonaconing. In western Md in general I have pulled several civil war relics but the Native American knapping tool would definitely be my oldest as it’s over 1000 years old.
