Other than recoil control, my most serious problem is that every time I get in a fight, my adrenaline kicks in and I tend to be super anxious. That results in me loosing the fight bec I can't think straight
Because the risk is high. You need to forget about what you could lose and focus on the fight itself. I clip my fights so I can go back and analyse my gameplay. What did I do right and what did I do wrong. Helps a lot.

I'm in the same boat I have super shaky hands something that's really helped me is aimlabs I put in an hour a day 20 mins in the morning another 20 after a break and so on. I use grindshot, strafetrack, and spidershot over about a week its helped me improve my aim, tackling the shakes is lowering my DPI and thinking about anything other than aiming, aiming should be second nature. Hope this helps
Experience is the only thing that can cure this. I'm brand new to rust but I have about 2000 hours on Tarkov. As you get better fights go from adrenaline rushes to chess matches where every second is a methodical thought process on your next move. Keep playing and you'll see what I mean.
@@lawman34 same. I switched from Tarkov to Rust this wipe. I have about 1.5k hours in Tarky and it’s definitely helped with the adrenaline during fights. The risk is high in Rust, but no game is as terrifying as Tarkov was when I first started lol

I just started rust 2 maybe 3 days ago and after playing then watching the movement and shooting from a good player. Now I see why I get smoked instantly in every fight

After putting a lot of hours, the most often way I die is when looting. If you are playing on a server with any given team limit, say 3, ALWAYS think that there are two teams. Even if you kill all enemies that you have spotted, there can always be more

great vid, very informative :) the one thing i would add is that crouching only reduces recoil on semi-auto guns and the m249. ak, lr, tommy, custom, and mp5 all have the exact same vertical recoil/aimcone weather or not youre crouched. python, sar, m249, m39, revolver, and m92 all have both increased recoil and aimcone when uncrouched versus crouched. hope that helps :)

Any advice for someone that’s recently just switched from console to pc, the many gunfights I’ve got in soon as I would peak out of cover to aim & shot I just literally get 1 shot headshotted straight away 😞
pvp on pc is a lot more intense on console. it will take time to get used to. do your best to play more around cover and go for fights you think you can win.

Never played a game that I've been so bad at pvp in ohnestly I'm shocking headshot people n they just eat the bullets n spit em back at me n I get hit twice n im on 2 hp
theres a large skill gap. everyone now abuses the holo... you should too. scripts are more popular than ever but the devs do nothing about fixing that problem. i tried playing a wipe yesterday, and ran into at least 4-5 kids scripting... terrible game sense but shoot straight lines. just play like a rat, and learn off of your mistakes.

What this fails to inform Is how to kill somebody while they are moving. Your NEVER winning a gunfight if you stand still so you move. What your or any other person's vid fails to say is how to kill somebody when THEY are moving. Idk if you just forget to say this but.

Good tips but useless to console players. I can barely hit shots or control recoil and this guy is jump peeking lining up his target and hitting shots.... unless you have paddles it’s almost impossible and then if you do have them the controller sensitivity is that munted you won’t be on target 20-50% of the time

sar has been my best friend since its the only gun I dont have to use a spray pattern for 😂 I have been trying for several hours a day for around 2 weeks now to just get the ak spray down but I cant control the recoil AND aim at the same time. I end up just trying to aim and losing the spray pattern

Been practicing my AK recoil for 40 hours or so now in UKN. Its pretty good now, I can spray from 100m. But I cannot for the life of me spray the first 3 bullets perfect. Any advice other than keep practicing?
ummm not sure, it took me a while to learn. I took a fat break from the game, came back and magically it was easy
