Welcome to the Philippines girl. You have to grow thicker skin when our culture offends someone raised in a different ways of doing thing. Yes driving there is soo chaotic, but you don't see much accidents compared to other places. Thanks for sharing your comments and things will change eventually to keep up with the world. Just enjoy life especially now that the world is going through a new normal due to the pandemic. God bless

Yes, I know. Every culture is different and there will always be positives and negatives within. Thank you for this comment! It's so nice to hear feedback. 🤗 Yes, I'm sure things will change for the better in the future as things should in any culture when there is room for improvement regarding the well-being of the people and place. Yes, of course. We should all enjoy life and stay positive through these times. May God bless you. ❤️

I understand and relate to your frustration regarding the "calling you out for your appearance" thing. A lot of people here are just oblivious about the meaning of the word "sensitivity." It's really sad. Really takes a toll on people's self-esteem. 🙁

Yeahhh, it was really shocking to see and experience how blunt some people can be. I know that most people don't do things like that to be rude, it's just what they're used to and all and you can't really blame them for that. But sometimes it can be offensive, haha, though I understand that people say it not knowing that it could offend someone.

Culture shock i experienced in the USA, specially S.F., California. I saw people pee and poo on the sidewalks. I have to watch my steps every time I go outside.

Some people may be, but not generally everyone. There are racist people all around the word and it's sad. The good thing is though that people and places can always change for the better. 💖
