This was a really fun cook on my Napoleon charcoal kettle grill. I cooked this delicious free range ribeye steak that I picked up at my local farmers market here in Halifax. Specifically, it’s the Seaport farmers market all the way downtown and I got this at Beck’s farm stand. It’s a delicious ribeye steak and boy oh boy did I ever cook it to a perfect medium rare!
