Their last videos are directed by Shawn Crahan( the clown ) , anyway Slipknot got many songs with low and ''soft'' tone , like vermilion, snuff, killpop etc , this song anyway is fantastic , i loved it!
This song shows so much of what Slipknot is, creepy and cool and brutal and terrifying. I’ve seen them many times live and the energy and passion in there music takes you on a journey that you will never forget. Awesome reaction and I can’t wait to see you react to them live. Spit it out live at download 2009 is a great representation of the connection to there fans.
I guess I 'm the first comment, somehow. But, I think what a lot of people forget about rock and metal is that the composers are trying to get a point across with the music and lyrics. (usually, but not always.) "Fleshgod Apocalypse - No", for example. So, in my opinion, both the live performances and the music video should be considered. The music video is more directly what the band wants to show the viewer/listener. This song, Yen, is very reminiscent to their old works. Vermillion pt.1 and 2 For example. It's very refreshing to having the variety Slipknot offers. Just my opinions on it. Love your stuff, and would love to see your reaction to the example I mentioned (Fleshgod Apocalypse - No). It's absolutely beautifully made, and rarely highlighted in reaction style content.
Definitely check out their song "Scissors". It's a psychotic/shocking song and even though it's long, it's INCREDIBLE. There's a sonic meltdown section that's borderline scary, haha. 🤘 It's from their first album.
ух! какие ножки))...ну и все человеческие , женские качества и достоинства на высоте зы - оч здорово анализируешь музыку.. имхо(возможно от совпадающих эмоций и впечатлений)
imo the awesome thing about there music videos is that clown himself derects all of them, ofc i dont know when he satrted, but as far as i know from vol.5 he has been directing all of slipknots music vids
as good as Slipknot and Rammstein videos are they will NEVER win any video awards here in the US because, all the people are fed are Taylor Swift/ Justin Bieber videos by the top 40/ Mtv crowd that serve up sweet syrup music/videos. They usally only get reconized over in Europe

Shawn “Clown” Crahan the percussionist directs everything they do. He is also behind the album art work
I want some old school classic rock of all types to slipknot now BLACKPINK and I have not stopped smiling since. Thank you awesome.
This song and video are phenomenal!
This seems like it would fit on the grey chapter album it also reminds me of snuff. Speaking of Rammstein I'm going to see them on the 23rd in LA
alright...does anyone think this is kindof a "spiritual sequel" to "This Love" by Pantera????
Great,fucking Masterpiece

If you would like more of a death metalish type of knot then check out Sarcastrophe or Metabolic.
Has Vermilion parts 1-3 and Killpop vibes.
Do some jinjer if you have not already!
