#25 Fixing Lookee A2 blood pressure monitor to work with a USB-C cable

- Out of the box this device only works with a usbA-usbC cable, because they're designed to provide 5V no matter what, however usbC-usbC cable that's up to spec and connected to a proper usbC power supply won't provide any voltage. To fix it, you have to add 5.1k pulldown resistors on CC1 and CC2 lines as per USB spec.
