Just a note about these AG's. I say that we're covering Archetypal Gestures in their "Entirety". What I mean is, all the AG's I teach. As I've said in previous videos, the number of Archetypal Gestures is really only limited by your imagination. As long as it's simple and keeps to one specific action, it's archetypal. What AG's can you come up with?
Thank you very much. I tried the AG for 2 month now. I modified them from the beginning or how you say put quality to it. Today I tried it the first time exactly as you do it and its again a big difference. When I did dominate and Look afterwords into the mirror it was amazing. I didn't know that I can look so in a strong and dominating way. It's so cool how moving is changing you from the inside. I pratice Tai Chi too and I realised that the movements are very close. Outside acting I felt that AG fit also very well for self-experiance. What is my AG of the week. Sometimes I like one and I dont know why. Than it is very exiting to find out the why. You see I am amazed of the AG😊
