Before i watched this video, I think Okinawa is very remote inhabited place in Japan. I'm just imagining the logistics distribution challenge to this island, especially for Yonaguni Island who want to buy vehicle, since in that island I can't see public transportation. Anyway i have many questions about this video: Are Ishigaki and Yonaguni still part of Okinawa Island? How long the flight from Mainland Japan to Ishigaki? Wait, round-trip schedule of this ship only twice a week, even though the duration of sailing only 4,5 hours? Is that bike at rental same as Mainland or imported from Taiwan? I see no difference. Pro tip: if you feeling seasickness, it's better going to the deck for fresh air rather than on cabin (If you can walk to the outside) and don't forget to bring seasickness bag + medicine.

Your videography of the berthing and sailors' work with the ropes is really great, the camera is very clear and detailed, it's like we are there with you...I laughed when the worker on land caught the rope but his hat flew off in the wind! 😄 I think he was laughing too!

You might be a lot calmer on a ferry trip if you take a sea sickness pill before all ferry trips. It won’t harm you and will calm you down and in case of rough seas you will be prepared and feel much better. 😅

フェリー酔いますよね( ´∀｀ )、西表島を過ぎたとたん黒潮の真っただ中。あれでも最新のスタビライザ付きの新造船なんですよね。
知り合いの航海士に聞いたところ甲板に胃を押し付けておけと( ´∀｀ )雑魚寝フロアで腹ばいで4時間過ごしました。
このフェリーは確かに最新の船らしいのですが、外洋真っただ中で揺れの振幅がとても大きく、よほど船酔いに強い人でないと酔い止めは必須ですよね。甲板に異を押し付けるですか...。よい情報をありがとうございます。私も次回、実践してみます！😀

아쉽게도 이시가키섬과 요나구니섬에서 대만으로 직접 갈 수 없다. 예전에는 이시가키섬에서 정기 항로가 있었으나 폐지되었다. 최근 요나구니섬에서 항로를 개설하려는 움직임이 있다. 현재로서는 오키나와 나하에서 비행기가 있다.😀
