Antonia’s Gumbo was the scariest dish I have ever seen. Imagine how embarrassing that is having every contestant saying how awful your dish was. And to make matters worse she got very defensive saying “I’m sorry it wasn’t up to par.” With a snarky look on her face.
I just wish we could’ve seen her in service!

Capers as well is such an underrated line. It's often edited out, which is a shame.

I love this show because it exposes alleged professional chefs who charge heaps just to make you eat trash. What most people don't understand about the word chef is it's not just a profession but it's also a respectable term used to describe amazing cooks.
"I teach manners too" was a great line to come up with on the spot. It may not have been the smartest thing ever on hell's kitchen, but it was ballsy.

I suspect the sausage and biscuits probably weren't bad at all. It's just the wrong place for a "signature dish" on Hell's Kitchen. I don't know what would possess someone who presumably already has a moderately successful job to risk it all on a "reality tv" show
I agree, sausage and biscuits are good, but it's not fine dining and if there's a way to elevate it to that level then that's what you do for Gordon Ramsey.

A lot of these dishes made me want to throw up after just seeing them on a screen. I can only imagine how bad they must’ve been to actually eat. 🤮
