  • All levels of government make laws and regulations that affect us every day. Administrative law is the resolution of disputes involving government laws and how the laws are applied.

So the question is where is the wage, pension, necessary expenses, and benefits when it comes to this jurisdiction? The public is the employer as the public funding is used for all wages, benefits, pension, and necessary expenses so when the public is brought in by an administrative agent like a police officer, why are we taken to the wrong court? Essentially they are engaging with the employer.

@@oliviyayable I agree with your resistence 100%. But you can do it in small print. For the sake of easy searching and selection.

@GG So it can be bypassed by someone looking for US law. Don't you hate click bait, or wasting time?

@GG God, you're mean. Someone apparently needed to bash someone for no reason. So, I am slow.

BC (presumable British Columbia ) is not the World's only legal system. This should be clear at the beginning of any video. It is of interest to me as it shows that Great Britain is not the only country who has a criminal system of justice. All systems seem to follow Lewis Carrol's Humpty Dumpty statement that when he uses words they mean what he wants them to mean. The idea that people vary in their judgement has given rise to the jury system whereby independent people together discuss their views. Nations have police forces in an attempt to reduce abuses such as robbery and murder. The police are not the only profession that has criminals working in the profession. M.P.'s, doctors. lawyers etc., also finish up in jail. Frequently professions support criminal activity. Local authorities sometimes refuse to coordinate patient complaints against an individual professional. Paying to be a member of a gang such as The General Medical or Dental Council protects the member from being investigated for bad work or abusing and robbing patients. The council are free to refuse to consider patient evidence and insist on supplying only the version of a lawyer employed by the council.
If justice is to be seen to be done the established society antics should be investigated. I believe that the justice system has been established by the mentally deranged. I had a pupil who said he was going to be a professional bank robber when he left school. He got caught on his first attempt and was gaoled. Interesting to see other countries have distorted corrupt legal systems.
