It's actually not that hard to legitimately obtain bodies and body parts, but you need a reason and some money. For example if you're a college student or professor studying medicine
There is a disadvantage though. Because it’s usually a “conveyor belt” system like this, the teeth are all the basically the same. Our teeth on the other hand are all highly specialised and optimised for their respective locations.
