Agreed, my OH, a C4 News viewer, has a nasty dose of Trump Derangement Syndrome as a result. I'm no fan of Trump myself, but when you gently ask even slightly probing questions, and suggest, with evidence, that the alternative is hardly sweetness and light, you realise TV news has become an indoctrination stream in the past few years. It's not just what they say such as in framing or poisoning the well, it's at least a much to do with what they decide to omit. It's startling how many people have confused "Critical Race Theory" with "critical thinking" in the last few days, and the MSM have disingenuously conflated the CRT with "racial sensitivity training", because who would be against that? The MSM embarrassed by CRT, have to dress it up in some other way to make it seem palatable.
@@nezbrun872 don't you get a sense that a "the jig is up" moment has arrived or is about to arrive for many of these "CRT grifters" ( love using their own terms against them , which is very easy because they do so much projection. @@richardlefaive1944 They're incredibly disingenuous though, and they're experts at pulling the wool over people's eyes. Already you can see their attempts to rewrite the narrative. The more we collectively expose CRT for what it is, the better. Projection is just one of their tools, usually done at the same time as changing a conversation's direction, to avoid confronting the initial axiom. It's become more and more obvious to me. e.g., In its simplest form, you refuse to take the knee, they respond "So you're saying black lives don't matter, you're a racist", to which you respond: "No, it's because BLM is a Marxian organisation and so I don't support their political aims", etc etc.

Listened to this guy yesterday on Talk Radio (thank fxxkinf God for Talk Radio - I was generally losing the will to live until I discovered you a couple of weeks ago) Neil is mesmerising to listen to and speaks so much sense!
If the presenters of the BBC are disrespecting and disregarding the rules, and continue to do so, then they should be held to account but, like the Government, no-one has the balls to back up their talk with action.
Well said Neil. Such a comfort to listen to a person with a balanced mind. I have always been a person who is respectful of other people's views but if they are shoved in my face rudely and loudly, which seems to be the 'new' extremely ignorant way of 'debating' I become intolerant toward them, whatever the issue may be. I too have found a very stubborn person inside me, and one who is ready to stand politely firm in my own values and beliefs and will not be brow beaten by loud, egotistic bullies. For me MSM falls into that category now so I no longer watch them or consider them to be a credible source of news.
Well said Neil! I totally agree. We all have to stand up and be counted now. Trouble is there aren't many of us principled people left. Freedom should be our only focus. All of us! All else is just smoke and mirrors!!

Individuals, who step up to the plate in a crisis or special event , is not a rare phenomenon. It's rarely for altruistic reasons. It's often people who are ordinarily looking for a quiet and simple life and wish for it to stay that way! It does not necessarily require a great intellect, just an organised mind and strong character. I suppose you could describe them as natural leaders.

Divide and conquer is the oldest play in the book. Once you transcend the left/right paradigm, you see the reality: it's about control of the many, by the few.
It's not that they don't tell you they are biased - they genuinely believe that they are not biased. My take, it is not possible to report news in an unbiased manner - if you claim to be unbiased the chances are that you are to the extreme of being biased as to confront the shadow in yourself is too painful.
Neil always gives a great interview. I think I recall the Thatcher government complaining about the BBC and Churchill certainly did in the late 30s. But the intersectionalist movement has been permitted to define 'new normal'. It's very cult like. So many organisations seem to be running headlong towards changing their organisational DNA it's as if they've found God. The result, I fear, will be what Trevor Phillips alluded to on a slightly different matter years ago, "the slow march towards segregation"...or at least fragmentation. Too many media options now for the woke brainwash to succeed. I don't believe a far right Afd style party will make inroads in UK in response, rather we will simply stop watching Sky, stop watching Premiership and stop paying the BBC. Then they'll say, "oops, honey I shrunk the profits". Also think social media 24/7 can lead to overload and fight or flight response. I'm trying to get back to a more 90s setting and I'm enjoying it.
