Oh wow! You two must have been in a very southern region of Arizona to come across the beautiful stolzite crystals. Love the color combos! 10:19 !! Great job on the drywasher Boulderdash🔥💯
You two are baffled by the old timers were baffled by you heroic stuff guys fun watching you interpret your surroundings and do your detective work it’s awesome and flabbergasting gold as is of course tradition
Great work! Talk about the big guns… I’ve seen some banks that look like it would take a machine to dig into, but there just isn’t a way to get one in there. Now my buddies have a mini excavator that is about to need a new home/area of operation, but they just dig and detect. I think that dry wash setup would make for more productive days for sure! Looking forward to more!
now thats some chunky Monkers right there ....good job you two on getting into that virgin ground ..... that 4 tray dry washer is fantastic ....we have seen it first hand and it works like none other .... you did a great job on the build .... now we just need an excavator to feed it hahhahahahaah ...keep'em coming and stay cool out there ...its getting warmer.
So much fun to see all that shiny in the riffle tray. That place is really loaded, and the old-timers missed it. Thanks for showing the deposition too ! 1/2 oz / day is really good pickens ! Great video. Best of luck to you guys. Maybe see you up here someday ? 🤠👍⛏⚒
Here’s the difficulty of making these videos people wanna know your source they wanna know how much you found then they scour the videos to see any markings of where you could be not saying that you’re one of these people, but you need to put yourself in their position they don’t know any of us well some of us might know them I don’t personally but there’s so many claim jumpers now and these guys are like private investigators you post one clip on TH-cam next thing you know you got 10 people that post that they know where that is I had these big plans of videoing my adventures posting everything on TH-cam then when me and my friends would go out on our claims bu I started speaking to some of these guys and they’re like don’t post mountains. Don’t post the rocks because people will find your area so quick. when I was really new to this I would ask those questions all the time and mine wasn’t to be nosey I was just trying to learn, what I’ve learned the most is you can’t trust anybody look how much money we spend on our tools and the gas to get out there and than for some jerk to come out and claim jump and take part of our profits. It’s a hard one to swallow and I’m not finding anything close to what these guys find, I’ve only been doing this 3 1/2 years so I’m new to this still.
Fantastic video!!! Wish i could dig with a backhoe. Still wondering though about the Morristown area claims. I below to bothe the GPAA and the Roadrunners. A ton of claims up there, but i am sure not finding much. I am finding gold, but 0.10 for 200 shovels full through my drywasher isnt worth the effort. Wish we could get together for an hour or two to just walk some of those claims to see if i am doing something wrong. I have checked my tailings off my drywasher and there is no gold so i know i am running it correctly. I am not trying to make a living doing this but hope to get alot closer to a half a gram per trip. I also live closer to the Tucson area and would love to explore down that way if there were some areas that had some good gold. I gave been at this desert mining now for over three years and just cant figure it out. Thanks again Red
The roadrunners have over 200 mining leases in Arizona. Consider moving on to other areas besides the Morristown placers. Chances are you may be working ground that has already been worked.
Jee..ma..nee.. it looks like you guys are dealing with the same influx of Buffalo Gnats that we just encountered. Swarms of em. But we got no gold. Good job out there guys.
Have u tried to beep the area they have dug up along the I17 near the crown king exit? I’d imagine you could find something since it’s all dug up. Sometimes I want to pull off the road with my detector and give it a shot.
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK i was not doubting you, i was unaware that there was a crystal that could survive in the creeks that was that heavy. Never a meteorite, but it would have to be small enough to get through the grizzly screen. I`d probably recognize an iron though if I saw it. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
Great video as usual guys. Question though ... when you vacumn those ripple trays aren't you vacuuming some gold as well? Do you then process that vacuum dust?
The purpose is to vacuum the gold. We just leave some behind to look at in the tray. Gobs of gold gets sucked up that we don’t see. What winds up in the vacuum is what gets processed
@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK I had a feeling that was the case but needed confirmation. You guys are killing it! Thanks for the gold vids as I now live vicariously through them now living back in NH.
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK sweet, thanks for knowledge. I've never looked for gold in my life, but want to. It seems I never see folks using those old pans in water. It seem metal detectors are where it's out these days. I'm way too new to buy a dry washer or water sluice. I will buy a Minelab. I will buy the best one (I don't care how much it cost.) im curious guys. when the notice of intent was filled out. was the reason test holes? or im in Ca know how they are here im coming your way hoping for real digging by next spring.
@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK was only curious if process was easier then California to get permits. or if any were even needed. no worries I've herd it being simple process outside of California
So how easy is it to set up? I know Both of you have hundreds if not thousands of hours dry washing and know how to set one up perfectly but how would it work for a newbie? Great video and gold and the crystals were extremely interesting thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏼👊🏼
It couldnt be easier to set up . Boulderdash has made the new improved version exceedingly simple. Even some angles are pre-set The original version has been in use since 2016-present day so everything learned from that was put into the new model.

7:05 what kind of crystal? Crystal with specific gravity of 8 or so?
So far, it looks like Stolzite. The SG matches , color , and crystal habits all seem to be pointing to that.

Do you ever use an old-school gold pan to find place in water or is that a waste these days?
Taking a sample from bedrock and using a pan to find the gold is quite traditional, and used often
