    I think the reason there were so few reports is because most reviewers didn't stress test the original ("V1") chairs. John was awesome though all of this though. No excuses, no B.S. He went after the problem and fixed it at great expense to his company. I am 100% on board with Get Out Gear!

      yes you have to admire how he handled it. speaks alot to his character dedication to customer service and belief in the product. As a result its a much better more dependable product

    That chair comparison was fantastic. I have the Trekchair and flex lite and they are totally different classes. High back is the way to go after a long day to rest your neck/head!

    You need to compare to the Big Agnes Big 6. Much heavier but VERY comfortable!

      @@BackcountryRenegade I have one and like it, I'd say its worth the weight but if it could be combined with trek poles would be even better. The main thing about it is it sits higher up so you're not squatting down to sit in it, makes it much more comfortable. Same might be done for the TrekChair if they made the legs a bit longer, wouldn't add much weight
