I can imagine all the different cosmetics and things that could come with it, such as the Reyes Ghost Rider with the muscle car or the original appearance white phantom looking Ghost Rider who rode a horse. The vehicle mobility could be absolutely insane. Imagine absolutely gunning down the street before jumping the bike into the air off a car. Great review. Fair, complete, informative, and constructive for devs who want to touch the material here.
Man are you gonna be happy as SHIT when you play Shattered Dimensions. I know people think Spiderman PS4 is the best Spiderman game out there, but at least before that, Shattered Dimensions takes the cake. Use of source material, aesthetics, gameplay, uniqueness, audio/visual quality, and the story are all top notch
Thank you 😃
You aren’t kidding about Shattered Dimensions! This is my first time playing it and I’m blown away! I’m so mad at myself for missing out on this. It’s so good! I think Spiderman PS4 took some of its gameplay as inspiration too, since some of it feels familiar to that game for me

Ye fr. I played the shit out of that game on the Wii when I was a kid, and every single level was amazing. I also think that the new SM game took some feeling from this game, because it really captures the feeling of moving around as Spiderman
@@Jonathan-A.C. Yeah I definitely see what you’re saying. I’ve been loving my time with it so far!
With a few tweaks here and there, this could have been an extremely awesome movie! It's a shame we got 'Spirit of Vengeance' instead... * shudder *
I had this on PSP. One of the best games I played on there.
This was on psp?
@@rmbwemanplays5567 yes
@@dericjames2018 thanks for the response
@@rmbwemanplays5567 no problem
I had the scarecrow action figure as a kid!!
Loving these retrospectives man
Thank you!
The voice for Mephisto sounds more like the movie black heart than Mephisto
Edit: I guess if blackheart is posing as Mephisto that makes sense
can't believe Blackheart was posing as Travis Touchdown all this time
not basing it on nic cage likeness and not getting him back to reprise his role for ghost rider movie tie in game is the reason why i will never give this game a chance.
Great video. What will be your next video?
Thank you! I’m working on Spider-man Shattered Dimensions next
@@alwaysnerdyretros Hype
hearing "after beating him though, we absorb the DARK SOUL" caught me so off guard
Dude, I love this fucking channel. Games like this, Rise Of The Imperfects, the PS2 Spider-Man games, X-Men Origins, etc. All these are staples of my childhood and i love seeing someone talk about them. In full honesty too which I respect, it helps get rid of the rose tinted glasses lmao.
Thank you!!! I really appreciate you saying that. I’m glad you don’t feel I’m being too hard on them either. I was a bit nervous about that honestly, especially with this game
@@alwaysnerdyretros nah, it’s criticism and what you’re saying are actual facts. Like I love Imperfects but it’s definitely a clunky game lmao. Plus when you’re being honest you can talk about more as well. You’re doing great, man.
@@neverminddontwannaknow4926 Thank you! I really appreciate the feedback. That’s actually very helpful
Does anyone see the striking resemblance between this games style and Devil May cry games? The blocked paths? The heightened combo meter? The scene transition when you go from room to room?
Nope. Congratulations on being the first in history to make this stunning revelation
This Game actually looks pretty damn Awesome and I would play it if it gets a remastered version like The Punisher Video Game you reviewed and I have played it but I never got to to finish it so this game becomes playable again I would definitely pick up my controller and play as The Spirit of Vengeance!
Mr Nerdy, can you please think about making a Wolverine's Revenge retrospective review? I really wanna hear YOUR coverage of that game!
Thanks for putting some respect on a game I cherished very much as a young lad 💓🙏💓
Nic Cage is actually a bit of comics nerd. His actual name Nicolas Kim Coppola, and he's the paternal nephew of Francis Ford Coppola. He came up with calling himself Cage after both the composer John Cage and Luke Cage, and he did this avoid the appearance of (literal) nepotism.
Fun Fact: Wolverine was gonna be in this game and was mostly done but they scrapped him a few months before release.
wolverine couldn't be in it since this is an movie tie in game in sony universe while wolverine is from fox marvel universe. so i don't see how that's an "fact"
I have waited so long for this game to get the recognition it deserved. Not the greatest game in the world but for me it ate up my childhood when I first bought the PS2 and this game alongside it. I have been enjoying these retrospectives and have obviously subbed for more.
I have one request, can you take a look at the Captain America game?
I'd love to see a retrospective on the 2003 Hulk game
That would be a fun one! I really need to start getting into some hulk games in general lol
@@alwaysnerdyretros Ultimate Destruction is God sent. Needs a remake ASAP
@@Jedi_Knigga that’s definitely the most requested hulk game! I’d love a remaster for it too 🤞
@@alwaysnerdyretros I HIGHLY recommend Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction. It is THE best Hulk game
@@Mr22222n00b eventually I’ll probably do a hulk series. The 2003 game, ultimate destruction, and the Incredible Hulk movie game. I remember enjoying all 3 as a kid and I’d love to revisit them!
