    Thank you, very easy to follow and very helpful. Only note I would add is that the hyperlinks only work in view mode, as I was testing while I was working on the slide.

    When you changed the hyperlink colors to white, can you also get rid of the underline?

      Not really but there is a workaround. See support.office.com/en-us/article/Remove-the-underline-from-hyperlink-text-28d22daa-7897-4091-9168-d6a12d523874

    how do you add an automatic page progress bar in each slide

      it would not really be automatic, rather simulated with images...

    A better solution would be Ribbon XML, but more complicated at first.
