The gibberish the Tiger helmet dude was saying were the play calls. He's basically telling the other players what they have to do for the next play, based on what the coach tells him to say.
He is correct. Also, Certain words for a run play can mean left or right Lingo can mean Left, rhino can mean right etc. Each word in the sentence is telling a certain position player what to do
Yeah it sounds like complete gibberish when all put together but each of the of words is code for every positions role for every play it all means something but sounds like absolutely nothing
0:26 the Mics are usually either in the pads, or next to the Radio in the helmet for thise who have the radio (shiwn by the green sticker on the back of the helmet.)
The mics are in the helmets and Joe Burrow the quarterback for the Bengals is saying the plays he is being told from the coaches its a secret code that they talk about during the preseason or during practice leading up to the game.
I love the Dolphins coach. He is like Wile E Coyote, super genius. Though the best sport question and answer was Indiania's former basketball coach Bob Knight when he was asked "how are you all going to win" and his answer, "we are going to score more points than them." It was great.
My favorite is the press conference after Euroleague champions Barcelona beat the NBA champion LA Lakers in a preseason game. "How does it feel to beat the world champions?" and I don't remember the exact response but it was basically: when did they become world champions? they won the title for the US and Canada, we won the title for Europe, we beat them, if anyone is world champions it's us!
@psymar That's a pretty good one. I think you can actually see Coach Knight saying this in some video on YT now. Coach Knight was a wild one, but a great coach...who made an even better coach out of one of his players when he coached West Point. That player? COACH K, formerly of the Duke Blue Devils. Seriously though, the Dolphins coach is awesome. I hope they do well. I'd like to see him stick around a while.
You should check out some of the NFL Bad Lip Reading videos. It's basically mic'd up but they dub in voices rather than use the player's voice. They're very funny.
When the dude did the back-flip in the end zone, he took the kids phone and did it on video before giving it back to him. The kid worked for the NFL, in some capacity, and got fired over that incident
Not sure if someone else has said it but number 17 doing the weird motions with the other players is the QB for the Buffalo Bills and he has specialized handshakes for each player on the Offensive Line and he remembers them *all*. New player comes on the team and they're offense? New handshake.
I’m sure everyone comments this. But for anyone who didn’t know, the guy that spoke gibberish in the orange and black stripe helmet was calling plays. The plays names are weird so that their team knows what to do cause they study it, but the other team has no idea what they’re trying to do
New sub here and loving the content but you really need to do a whole mic'd up video on Kettle #85 TE for the 49ers, the dude is crazy and the Best TE in the game right now
The players aren't actually wearing mic's. There's a guy (previously Steve Sabol and his dad) that walks along the sidelines, holding a dish antenna. He's catching and recording certain sections of the field. After the game, he goes through all the footage and separates all of the voices that he captured. Then he takes the video footage, and places the specific voices where they came from.
what are you talking about? the players are literally micd up. there's even videos equipment managers for NFL college teams post about how they install them and work
@@JWalk-hl7dr There's a company called NFL Films. It was started in the late 60s, by a man with last name of Sabol. When his son got old enough, he started working for his dad, his name was Steve Sabol. NFL Films has has exclusive rights to to NFL game communications and replay rights. They were the first to come up with the technology that I explained in my original comment. Look them up on TH-cam, it sounds like you can learn something.
While there are people who do use the dish mics to record on field sounds, that’s not at all what is happening with the “mic’d up” players. The players and coaches are wearing wireless mics that are generally placed in the helmet or pads.
With the beatings, they very regularly get it's easy to see why 90% of the things they say make no sense 😂😂 as for the coaches and managers they are just insane 😂
The NFL does have certain limitations on what the players can and cannot wear but I don't think they care much about Jewlery and a lot of the times players have them tucked into their jersey's during the game and only ever really see it if the player scores a touchdown or makes a big play as part of their celebration. Jones typically does it a lot in the league as of today and that I know of fully but years back lots of players would wear jewlery on the feild while in play. Most people remember that Crabtree and Talib chaninsnatching incident
2:18 the “gibberish” is the qb telling his team what formation they need to be in. NFL Films did an amazing video explaining it: th-cam.com/video/N7ajJHHKSow/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ZuH4ly-i2C8lBe9r
The quarterback that was talking gibberish is calling the play, they use code in case the opponents hear or have gotten the play book ubfo etc....which just doesn't happen these days....but I'm sure all of their info and play book is now kept in an account online, SOOOO it may be a matter of time, I've grown up with this sport (NFL) being a gimme every game every season because my Father was a bookie, lol. but I;m still in awe that they can all remember so immediately what the hell all those words represent.
I was always in a complicated position during Kirk Cousins' (purple number 8) time in Minnesota. Because I hate the Vikings, but it's impossible to not like Cousins
And no he's not talking gibberish that's actual play calls in the NFL they have some of the craziest play calls known to man.. and no you can wear jewelry it's also part of the Jersey which means you can tackle people by it as well as hair you can use the hair to tackle people

Bro! If you liked that you should watch some nfl bad lip reading. So funny!
Hi Adam do u remember me? Congrats on becoming a dad.❤
TH-cam channel - Bad Lip Reading - is much better than this!
The gibberish the Tiger helmet dude was saying were the play calls. He's basically telling the other players what they have to do for the next play, based on what the coach tells him to say.
2:24
He is correct. Also, Certain words for a run play can mean left or right Lingo can mean Left, rhino can mean right etc. Each word in the sentence is telling a certain position player what to do

Hahaha the guy with a tiger helmet 😂😂😂 thats how i feel abt soccer lol
Came to say this.
"You're overpaid" is definitely an insult. IOW, "You ain't playin' for crap, why are they paying you that much, you're totally not worth it!"
2:24 those are play calls believe it or not 😂😂😂
0:26 the Mics are usually either in the pads, or next to the Radio in the helmet for thise who have the radio (shiwn by the green sticker on the back of the helmet.)
All mics are on/inside the shoulder pads. No microphones are allowed inside of the helmets. Those with radios or without.
The mics are in the helmets and Joe Burrow the quarterback for the Bengals is saying the plays he is being told from the coaches its a secret code that they talk about during the preseason or during practice leading up to the game.
The gibbersh is how they call plays. So certain words tell different players what they have to do on that play
That's mike McDaniel's he's hilarious, imagine the stuff they don't show you🤣🤣
Kids these days are SO chill and well behaved. If you want actual trash talk go back to mic'd up from the 20teens. Just pick one, can't go wrong. 😂😂
3:45 brown on brown crime! 😂😂 bro i get that their names are brown, but if you didn’t know that, it would sound racist as heck!
And its darn funny too 😂😂
I love the Dolphins coach. He is like Wile E Coyote, super genius. Though the best sport question and answer was Indiania's former basketball coach Bob Knight when he was asked "how are you all going to win" and his answer, "we are going to score more points than them." It was great.

No Adam all those words are actual code words for the play the players are going to run. That all means something to them lol
You should check out some of the NFL Bad Lip Reading videos. It's basically mic'd up but they dub in voices rather than use the player's voice. They're very funny.
Love your NFL videos! You should definitely do more Mic'ed Up!!!
The overpaid comment was the guy being told he's not a good enough player to get the money he does.
2:28 Those are play calls. The quarterback--in this case, Joe Burrow--gets them relayed to him via a 2-way radio installed in his helmet.
Honestly some of the funniest NFL videos are the NFL lip syncing videos 😅 absolutely hilarious

That one dude with the dolphins that was on for so long was their head coach, Mike McDaniel. He has way more funny clips too
Football is complex its more to Football than anyone would imagine. Big strong fast we different
When the dude did the back-flip in the end zone, he took the kids phone and did it on video before giving it back to him. The kid worked for the NFL, in some capacity, and got fired over that incident
aww boo, that sucks :(
Not sure if someone else has said it but number 17 doing the weird motions with the other players is the QB for the Buffalo Bills and he has specialized handshakes for each player on the Offensive Line and he remembers them *all*. New player comes on the team and they're offense? New handshake.
The best parts are when the players forget to tell their teammates they're mic'd up and you are there whole demeanor change 😂
The plays are named some crazy gibberish, but they understand every word.
I’m sure everyone comments this. But for anyone who didn’t know, the guy that spoke gibberish in the orange and black stripe helmet was calling plays. The plays names are weird so that their team knows what to do cause they study it, but the other team has no idea what they’re trying to do
You got to do nascar radioactive moments 😂
George kittle is the absolute funniest NFL player😂😂
They needed this at the cricket in the 80s!
Brandon Graham (#55 on the Eagles) is one of the best yeah talkers in the league, always fun to watch
Who wants him to do nfl brawls/fights
Agreed. They try to hide how they call plays with team specific words/numbers. I'd never heard ones so cool though.
New sub here and loving the content but you really need to do a whole mic'd up video on Kettle #85 TE for the 49ers, the dude is crazy and the Best TE in the game right now
Mcdaniels (dolphins) is the funniest head coach in the league lol as a steelers fan that says a lot cuz Coach T is hilarious 😂
I find him to be the funniest coach. And I'm a Bills fan.
Josh Allen, the Bills quarterback, has a sepcial handshake for every member of the offense.
Miked up needs more input from the players. They sure can talk though...lolol 😂😂😂😂😂
If you want a good laugh look up “NFL bad lip reading”
You should check out Bad Lip Reading NFL! Hilarious!!
Bro if you liked that you should watch some nfl bad lip reading. It’s so funny!
The mic are usually in the front pads
Hey Adam, I miss when you were doing videos with no good background. It made it seem like you had no idea what was going on and I loved it.
LOL Nemo really is a Clown Fish, that’s its type of species.
KC Chiefs in the house! 😁 Kelcie and Kittle are hilarious together! Love so many of our NFL players but forever a die hard CHIEFS FAN!!!
You should react to the San Francisco 49ers mic'd up especially George Kittle he's the best!
I hate the Dolphins, but Mike McDaniel should ALWAYS be mic-ed up because he’s hysterical.
7 11 is his nickname, because he's always an open target for his QB
The gibberish was the name of the play😂😂😂
The gibberish you thought he was talking was actually a play call
7:54 I mean, yeah.
dude groaning got the wind knocked out of him
The mics are only heard later for these clips . Stadium cannot hear them talking .FYI
that 1 on 5 clip 😂😂
Hill is paid to run fast 😳
Please do more!! ❤️💛
the “gibberish” are play calls that only the team u play for knows, it’s a way to tell them a play without giving away the play to other team.

The gibberish is play calling!
You need to check the nba mic up
The 'jibberish' is how they call plays so that the other team doesn't know what they are doing
That gibberish is plays being called.
Who remembers when someone hit Ray Lewis and said it was an accident?
Ochocinco
thats my Coach🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬
The mics are inside the helmets so unless they break their helmet (which has happened) they have the mic
React to hockey mic'd up
