    That portable pellet grill did a fantastic job 👍🏽. Kevin you knocked it out of the ballpark with that brisket. Looks so delicious and juicy. There’s three Walmart in different towns by where l live and l have never seen any brisket like the one you got. Hopefully some day they will start having some. Have an awesome day my brother and stay warm. Here in Arizona it will be 71 degrees today. Great cook on that Brisket.

      Thanks, Robert! Most of them were 12+ lbs, but I dug through them and found this 9 pounder, and it worked great not only for the grill but for me too!!! I love brisket, and I'm really enjoying the red chile sauce as a binder! It's just another layer of flavor! I hope you have an awesome weekend, brother!👍✌️

    I've done hams on my ASMOKE AS350, you've brisket and other things and I've done other things on mine as well. We have both proven that this is a very versatile portable smoker that can cook a descent piece of meat. I love my AS350 and this brisket turned out awesome Kevin 🙂

      Thanks, Scott! 🤔 I don't recall seeing you use one? I'll have to go check your vids out. Speaking of vids, have you been putting any out? If so, I'm not getting notified??? Something else to go check. I hope you have an awesome weekend, brother!👍🍻

      @Mankitchenrecipes I only have a review video out on the AS350 but I have cooked with it off camera. I haven't put any videos out for a little while. Trying to get everything wrapped up making sauce, starting up the business as an LLC etc. Takes a lot of time but hopefully soon I'll be back at it.

    Kevin, I ordered AS350 based on your TH-cam post. It arrived as ordered. The flame broiler plate was not manufactured correctly and will not fit. The customer service number listed in all of their literature is disconnected. Their address is also incorrect. The address they are using is a home in Delaware. I have no idea where this product is being manufactured. If you can provide me with a phone number I would appreciate it. Otherwise I am out a lot of money.

    As a previous Qstoves+ user, I've recently switched to the ASMOKE AS350 Portable Pellet Grill and it's a game changer. The precise temperature control, convenience of automated pellet feeding and versatility of cooking options are just some of the reasons I prefer ASMOKE over Qstoves. The distinct smoky flavor imparted by the wood pellets is unmatched and elevates my grilling experience to a whole new level. Plus, the portability and battery life of ASMOKE allows me to take my grill on camping and road trips, something I could never do with Qstoves. Most importantly, I appreciate the environmentally friendly aspect of using wood pellets. I'm thrilled with my switch and look forward to more grilling adventures with ASMOKE. #Asmoke

      Thank you for checking this out and for your comment! Yes, this is a pretty nice portable grill. I don't have the battery-operated one, but it definitely would be a game changer! So far this unit does a great job and it holds more than it looks like it can hold. I hope you have an awesome day!👍✌️

    did you smack your thumb with a hammer? brisket looks good. lobe briskets lol. i do not make tallow no more. as a kid my grandpa hade me make that by the gallons when we slaughter cows.

    • @Mankitchenrecipes
      @Mankitchenrecipes  ปีที่แล้ว

      No, one of my videos I mentioned that I piched it between 2 wrenches removing an air tip from an air hose..... Definitely a little brisket, but perfect for me! I do the tallow, well, because we pay for that fat! So I try to just use it for grinds or tallow. Have an awesome day, brother!👍✌️

    ASMOKE USA LLC. has a Better Business Bureau rating of "F" because of customer service. My 350 came without the plate used with other brands of pellets. called, no answer, tried to chat, no response, emailed, got a responce TEN DAYS LATER. They told me to return the grill to the retailer and buy another one with the plate. How's that for customer service. I have made my frustration and irritation clear, and they send me emails that start with how much they value the customer. They do not. If you buy this grill, understand that you have no warranty and no customer service.

    • @Mankitchenrecipes
      @Mankitchenrecipes  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Wow! I'm sorry you've had a horrible experience with them. And apparently, others with a grade of "F". It's also crazy I tried to fund that part with no luck. I would think there would be an aftermarket one somewhere, but I couldn't find it. It's to keep other pellets from falling through. But, I have their pellets and they don't look any different from Lumberjack pellets. Asmoke pellets have some longer pellets, but not all of them. Have you tried it without that plate? My plate covers a little over half the space u Der the igniter with a lip to stop pellets from going through those bars. What about finding a piece of metal that fits like that? Just some thought for you, as I've not had issues with mine. I'd try Lumberjack pellets or a brand that has longer pellets first. Good luck, and have an awesome day!👍

      @@Mankitchenrecipes They claim that their pellets leave an ash which does not fall through as easily as other pellets ash. supposedly, the asmoke ash provides a platform that supports the burning pellets and helps to stabilize the temp. As far as coming up with something else, yes, I have thought about other things. However, I detest companies that will not stand behind their product errors. I paid the price that was requested for this unit, I did my part. I feel that the company should do their part be furnishing all the parts that THEY say should come with the product. Don't like getting screwed.
