My daughter had motion sickness since the day she was born. Ginger water helps a lot! But don't boil it, just slice it thin and put it in your water bottle. Also keep peppermint gum at all times in the car, and always ride in the front seat, not the back.
Hey amazing one I have this situation always thanks for this❤you are great ,sending you beautiful and amazing vibes thanks for always giving beautiful tips
Ginger ale and club soda helps as well!! Never knew the other tips you shared here in this video!! Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us all, Abe’s ❤❤
I've had motion sickness for years and the NHS Doc just gave me betahistine to stop the vertigo. It never really solved it and I just put up with it , the dizziness and vomiting on journeys. Until I had my ears looked in a private clinic in Ecuador, turns out my right tympanic membrane has a giant hole in it, so I've been referred for surgery.
I travel long haul a couple of times a year and each time i suffer with airsickness. Tried everything, pills, wrist pressure points, patches (which gave me a massive headache). The only thing i have found is lying down which is difficult in an aircraft.i also pass out sometimes before the vomiting starts. What else can i do?
