How often you must clean the condenser vessel? Should evaporator must clean too?

hello!! So we have 3 chillers and we clean 1 a year! Last year was chiller 1 , this year chiller 2, next year chiller 3.. so for 1 chiller, every 3 years.
Get your tubes brushed and eddycurrent tested.

Love the stand you made for the chainfall. Is that removable, so it could be put on different chillers or is it a permanent fixture?
