They shouldn’t. A shipper should only provide a load to one broker or carrier. This was a difficult during the pandemic as there were a lot rejected tenders and loads given back. A lot of them would send to multiple brokers hoping someone would cover it.

how do you charge tor bringing loads into a port? is there an industry standard? What's the going rate?
I’m a new broker, what load board is best, I tried dat but it’s eat my money up because I’m not getting any loads moved
