    Pairing the watch was super easy. Get the app, follow simple instructions and in less than 2-3 minutes is was complete. I have not tried all the functions, but after reading the comments and reviewing the options it looks easy. I bought the watch because it was a Fossil watch and it looked very classy. Love it.

    I just got the watch. Working perfect. Bluetooth connection is fast. 1-2 sec.

      I have fossil gen 3. It shows moves instead of steps. I want steps in place of moves. Can anybody help..

    Hi fossil team.
    I've noticed that on recent advertisement, you can now remap each button and not only the bottom one. Does that mean the q link function is gone? Or can you set up a button to use q link? I like the idea of a button doing more than one thing and not being limited to 3 functions at the same time

      The q link function is no longer used on the hybrid smartwatches. You can program the 3 pushers on your watch to only 3 different functions. If you have any further questions please email us at fossil@fossil.com.

      Hi Shihad - When the watch is offline, the watch will continue to run. Any alarms set up before Bluetooth is disconnected will continue to work. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

      Are-Emil Ferkingstad I too, set up the account on the q app. However, I continuously get a log in error and that is as far as it goes. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app. I have tried going through my google account to no avail. I reset my password and still nothing. Merry Christmas is not so Merry. Don't want to get to the Grinch stage and return this gift, but this seems to be a prevalent problem Fossil. Help your customers out here.

      Kept on trying and ended up sending them a mail regarding the problem, and right after it was sent I started the app once again, and on the 1st try after it worked.

    Regarding the Q Grant, can the device recognize running as an independent activity or does it just contribute to the total step count?

Our Hybrid Smartwatches will show you the activity for the day in our Fossil Q app in a graph, and it will show your peak performance times!     Is the watch compatible with IPhone 6? Also to use the connect feature e.g alerts from your phone cause your watch to vibrate, does Bluetooth have to remain on at all times, if so wouldn't that just waste battery on your phone?

      You are not able to make a call or reply to a text with this watch. You will receive a notification or vibration on your watch if an incoming call or text is being received!

      Hi Abhishek- Our Hybrid watches do not have Radium. Their hands do glow in the dark for a short amount of time, depending on how much light exposure they had.

    Am I the only one having an issue with the date button? I just got mine and when I press the date button nothing moves, the other 2 buttons work perfectly.

    The watch looks and feels great! However, I can't connect it with my Samsung S6 Edge... The phone just won't detect it! I am pretty much sure, that I'm doing everything right. Any solution for the issue? Would be a pain to bring it back...

    I got this watch recently. pairs ok but IT WILL NOT ALLOW GOOGLE CALENDAR NOTIFICATIONS ON ANDROID. I have confirmed this as correct with fossil. Beware if you have android you cannot get calendar notifications.

      Thanks for this information. Ensure that you've downloaded the Fossil Q app onto your phone (Fossil Q Legacy will not work with this watch). When you press and hold on the middle button of your watch for about 20 seconds, it should vibrate three times. Does your watch vibrate three times and do the hands move at all?

    Can you provide a PDF manual, because we tried for like an hour to pair it and it keeps asking for reset (To put a pin in some hole on bottom of the watch, that doesn't exist)

    I cant get pairing mode to activate, i already checked the battery, its in correctly and still has a charge. i pushed the middle button and held it for 5 seconds and more. nada, need some help guys

    Does the tracking steps is it compared to the phones steps ones. also can the watch live without a phone to work without problem. Would notifications work with apps that aren’t Apple. I use Apple phone at the time. Can I not do a sleeping hole or I have to? How accurate does it track steps. What would happen if you didn’t move your arms wile walking like lifting something how would it track calories burned or steps?

      1. Since our devices do not have GPS built in, steps and distances are calculated based on an algorithm. This algorithm is an estimated figure calculated using the information provided during initial setup.
      2. There are certain third party apps that our Fossil Q app is compatible with.
      3. If you wear your device to sleep, it can automatically track when you fall asleep, duration of sleep, duration of light and restful sleep, and when you wake up.

      Hi Hani - Please do not connect the Q Grant in the Bluetooth settings, it must be connected via the Fossil Q app. Please note our second generation Q Grant does not include a charger since it is powered by a replaceable battery. If your watch did not include a charger, please press and hold the center pusher on the watch for about 5 seconds until all the watch hands spin and the watch vibrates. Then try to connect your Q Grant in the Fossil Q App under the Hybrid Watch portion.

      Press the button to power up display.
      Press the button to enter app menu.
      Scroll and tap on Settings.
      Tap on System.

      If display is on, follow these steps:
      Press the button to enter app menu.
      Scroll and tap on Settings.
      Tap on System.

      Fossil - All OnePlus devices run Android. If Fossil watches are compatible with Android, they are compatible with OnePlus devices. OxygenOS isn't a separate OS.

      Uh oh! We're sorry about this. Is the watch always showing the incorrect time, or only after it's disconnected from Bluetooth? We recommend making sure your device successfully syncs. Also, we recommend taking out your battery and reinserting it and calibrating the watch again to see if this helps with the issue. We hope this helps! Let us know if you continue to have trouble.

    I give Q TAILOR HYBRID LIGHT BROWN LEATHER SMARTWATCH to my wife last week. Watch working fine two days now it is disconnect every day . I try to pair it , it pair but I have to removed battery all time and add every time.

Please also hold the center button down for five seconds, the watch will vibrate three times and the subdial will go around once.       Our touchscreen watches are not waterproof. They are rated IP67 which means it can withstand as much water as your smartphone. We suggest not getting it wet.

      We recommend making sure the device is not already added via the phone Bluetooth settings. If it is already added, please forget the device.
      In the Fossil Q app, you will need to click “pair” in the upper right-hand corner. Next, hold the center button down for five seconds, the watch will vibrate three times and the sub dial will go around once. The middle button must be held for 5 whole seconds in order for the watch to enter pairing mode. When you see a picture off your watch, you will then select pair, and enter calibration mode. Please let us know if you have any further questions!

    The app won't go past the sign up page right now. Christmas morning, can't set up the new watch. Keeps saying "Error. Something went wrong, try that again." Even restarted the phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. Internet is clearly connected on the phone because I could write this review. Can someone help????

      I m sorry but u cant help me. The watch isnt working properly , the pairing modus cannot be activated... pretty big thing for a 200 E watch that only notifies u when u get a call from somebody. Fossil isnt rly that good of a company to be able to sell their watches for that huge price just cos the watch carries its name. thx for the try thou

The middle button must be held down for five (whole) seconds in order for it to advertise to Bluetooth and enter pairing mode. The watch will vibrate three times and the subeye hands will also move.       kntwing People (including me) dont find the blocky screen really attractive. I really prefer the slick design of these watches. Plus, it kinda looks silly to see someone talking and listening to their wrist..And the messages, im pretty sure you can only reply with predetermined ones? Whats the point then..?

      u can also reply message too..i wish u can take pics with that watch..
      have lot of different watch faces worth the money..10 times better then this..

    if you want a watch to tell time DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!! IT sucks. you have to sink to phone in order to update your time. my calibration is off and so this is useless!!!

      Fossil can i use it just as a simple normal watch ? i like it very much and do not need the hybrid part of it.

    will the activity tracking such as step, calories burned, & distance work stand alone when the paired phone not nearby? will the tracking sync the activity progress to phone once it's near the phone?

      Yes, the activities will store on your watch for up to 30 days.

    I cant pair my HQ Venture, when I hold the central button it activates the google assitant.
