To an economist it would make sense to build these ambitious space stations (providing there is the demand for it & space tourism really does take off pun intended!) as it has been said that for every dollar that was spent on Project Apollo about ten dollars was returned to the economy as well as advancing technology. Von Braun was a visionary genius years ahead of his time ! ! !

According to the BBB, the 'gateway foundation' isnt a foundation but a for profit company.
The proposed 'hotel' is a logistical impossibility since the founder stated that they will be relying on people with prior space time to serve as catering crew
Also the company he says that will operate this, and the company that he says will build it both have a UPS box in a strip mall as its only address.
