UK Tournament Circuit - GT Series: August 1k Leicester

The UK Tournament Circuit - GT Series are a series of large scale tournaments for SWU with a minimum £1,000 in cash prizing (see below). The August 1k Leicester is the first event of this scale to take place in the UK.

I was the saxon player from round 1! Thanks for the excellent commentary, definitely misplayed but i managed a 5-2 record overall on my first 'big' tournament so i'm happy. Huge shoutout to the organisers for keeping it all running smooth. Palps a rough one for sure

Nice one, Thorkk! That was a mammoth effort of a stream!
I didn't watch live as I was playing in the tournament yesterday. Didn't do that well, but was a lot of fun! Harvey (the Boba player in the last game) is from my local shop, he is the best player I know.
Do you plan to be at the London event next month?

That 5th round was rough from the boba player game one and 2 he readied resources without killing a unit and it basically changed the entire game. There’s no way in game 2 for sure he didn’t know. The turn was just zuckuss into qira flip into boba into barrage. Makes you wonder how many games that player stole doing that.

Around 2:30:00 the Bossk player plays a Maul but Krayt Dragons damage happens before the ambush so Fifth Brother should have lived.
