Was wondering why I didn't get as much power in my shots as I thought I should. After recording myself hitting I was taking a big false step. My weight was already transfered before I was even hitting the ball. This is the only video that explained it! Thank you!

dude, your channel is the best...i've gone through maybe like 30 of your videos, and after watching them I realized that I've never actually been coached in my life...like my coaches didn't teach me half this stuff...thank you for doing what you're doing!

Thank you coach for the in-depth explanation of the weight transfer which I find very helpful. Cheers.

Thanks for the video. At 11:50 you basically demonstrate a racket lag. I know you are not a proponent of wrist lag on the forehand but you have fundamentally demonstrated it on the backhand. As I have commented before, yes it takes some time to get consistent but after about a month of hard practice, you can master it.

Great insight. I’ll eventually do a video on a modern vs classic swing so it’s my view that it works on a particular style of stroke

Great video! I’m starting to understand the mechanics of what other coaches have taught me. Thank you. José.

Can make any low ground balls over the net with topspin unless I toss in a little hop. Then those suckers fly way over the net and land near the baseline. It's fun

He really means "Weight Center Shift" , it is with small speed but it has a big contribution to the momentum output to the ball. In fact, this is the way to play with less effort but more effect. The difficulty is to how to reach the right timing to superposition the both hands and body momentum together.

This is really great stuff. I do get slightly confused when you mix in your double handed forehand but no biggie

From 3:40, you show us how good/bad of using weight transfer. But, I still can't get it. Would you mind explaining it clearly? Thanks!

You're awesome coach, but just 1 suggestion, I sometimes get confused where the court is from your perspective. At your side or front? Would be good to face exactly where the court is?

it is not easy to fully understand but the principle is valid and i have a suggestion use more the arrows red and greee to show a false or good behaviour tku vm

Steve this Steve. I study your tennis ideas about techniques. I try to use. However, not a complaint,, you are not targeting 70 years old individuals. Do better, not perfect. Peace Kumamoto , Japan. I will keep using your ideas. You can forget about all the the jumping around.
