Got thrombosed hemorrhoids since a week ago, full week later after being prescribed scheriproct ointment and suppository with zero improvement... The mucus leakage is causing a nasty rash on both sides of my butt cheeks as well as above and below the crack, despite being very hygienic washing the area frequently keeping it dry... the itching is so brain numbingly bad at times across the rashes!! Will be revisiting my GP tomorrow, and they'll most likely recommend a surgery to remove it. This is literally and metaphorically a pain in the ass as I am missing days at work. Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, a whole week without proper sleep...
Sound like my exact symptoms. And yes anal discharge has caused a severe rash in the same area. This clears up in two days or less, but meanwhile it has an effect on my sex life (can’t really have sex when the anus is on fire).
@@Beer_Wolf but I want to get to the root cause. I swear these doctors today are incompetent. They tell me try this and that. Well they don’t tell me what’s wrong or do tests. And I have very good private health insurance.
@Velo1010 Well, as mentioned above, I had haemorrhoids... which was caused due to weight lifting. So I did what I could to minimise and prevent it as much as possible... using a back brace, less time on the loo, more fibre, etc.
i just had to add this, i have just done a parasite cleans, i got the stuff from amazon, my stool's are coming out much better, and my clacker seems to work better, things are a lot cleaner, hope this help's.
I just got denied by Blue Cross Blue Shield for being able to seek diagnostic care for it. They said it's preventative care because I'm under 50, so they won't cover it. I also lost my job due to constant fecal incontinence and the resulting harassment. And I'm in the "prime" of my life. Don't go private insurance if you can.
I’m suspicious about the root cause. I think an enlarged prostate can cause men to put pressure on the rectum as we try to force pee out. Some doctors (incompetent) didn’t believe me. However it’s no coincidence that my anal issues stared when I began experiencing enlarged prostate issues.

@Velo1010 used a eucalyptus based anti-fungal shower gel along with preparation H, did wonders relieving and ridding the rash.

Sometimes it can yes. But, u need a secondary insurance that can be a Medicare supplement plan.
