Carl answered with "PERCEPTIONS" and Jeff said he was wrong and then Davey won immunity with the word "PERSPECTIVE". What makes it even worse is that Carl was voted out that same episode!
@@Autopi10t The only thing that was wrong about Carl's word was the fact that it was arbitrarily the one producers didn't think of. It's like if a challenge was a maze that had 2 ways out, but producers would only let you win if you went one of the ways. Challenges shouldn't have multiple correct answers if only one of those answers are acceptable.
Honestly, they were all pretty excusable. Most of them were inherent problems with the challenges. And who would’ve caught the Colby thing without instant reply
The only one that I think was inherently unfair from seeing this was Lex in Africa, and even then he was probably going to lose to Ethan in the end anyways, so he got his $100k regardless.
Honestly Wendell had no excuse. 15 years into the show and more than halfway through his season, he should definitely be aware that challenges need to be "called" to be won.

I love how Big Brother does a spelling comp and it's one of their most legendary comps to date, but then Survivor tried it once and people still act like it's a ridiculous joke. And I know in BB you have to actually collect the letters so it's more like a challenge.. but still tbh I didn't hate the Pearl Islands spelling comp

The Fallen Comrades challenge was the final three immunity challenge (and final immunity challenge overall) in The Australian Outback, But that was a 42 day season. Which is why they had it at the final three.

They literally finish at the exact same time. Eric taps Jeff's arm first, but he then took like 2 full seconds to open his mouth. Like he wasn't really done all the way when he tapped him. Frosti opens his mouth at the same time. It should have been a tie. Bad call. I don't care so much bc I'm happy with how the season played out lol but still. I'd be pissed if I was Frosti. Or Sherea 😂

I guarantee they have lawyers and production making these decisions that get edited out. They also ask questions and go into all the rules of the challenge that aren't shown on TV.

They didn't know they messed up the Africa trivia challenge until the finale when Lindsey saw the episode and said she also had no piercings, that's why they ran it again in season 4, that was shot before the Africa finale.

word scramble games just seem like such a bad idea. there would be so many spellings to check that there would be constant miscalls. plus, someone could make a valid word but be eliminated because it’s the wrong one. it’s too complicated and should have never been used
Can't believe you didn't include Carl in David vs Goliath. In the immunity challenge they had to solve the word puzzle and he guessed Perceptions, which is technically a word but the worst they were looking for was Perspective. It really sucks because he was eliminated at that tribal
Only having watched snippets of her time on the show, she plays a very good social game even if she's not good in challenges. She never seems to do anything to make people dislike her enough to want to vote her out, she's not so bad in challenges they want her gone because she's a liability before the merge, she's not so good in challenges they want her gone because she's a threat after the merge, and on at least one occasion (no idea which season) she told another Survivor they were being targeted and gave them a chance to save themselves (don't know if it was successful or not). It doesn't seem to be any one big thing, but lots of little things that mean when she makes it to FTC at least a couple of the jury want her to win, and a decent number of the rest vote for her just because don't want one of the others to win.
I'm sorry, but I'd have to say the best reality/ host would be TJ Lavin. Not been there the whole shows run, but the majority, plus he has a wicked sense of humor.
