Taco Bell's quality varies so much from location to location. I got this from my local taco bell (along with most other items you have reviewed) and they have all been great and worth the price
Oftentimes they even vary within the same city. I have two on opposite ends of the road from my place and one is great with no bad experiences to speak of, and the other is just a waste of time and doesn't care at all about what they make. It's all based on the people, honestly.

I freakin loved this burrito, it has such a great flavor. My ONLY criticism is that it is soo small for the price, nearly $4.00 and it's the size of a snack. I end up getting two and an order of chips and cheese, that's good for me. 8/10 for me, there is only one burrito that I truly miss and that's the XL grilled stuffed steak burrito. I really wish Taco Bell would bring back that rrito and the mexican pizza.
@@ch-ir8ld Yes you can. It just takes some planning, an awareness on local sales, and some creativity in the kitchen. Don't sell yourself short, you don't have to be dependent on shitty, non-nutritious food. Now, if you mean if you're ever going to eat out your only option is fast food, I understand. I have to split my $6 sandwich in 2 so I can make two meals out of it because I'm too poor to be spending $6 on just one single meal.
I’ve never gotten a Taco Bell burrito that I’ve not had to open up and redistribute all of the contents evenly from side to side. Taco Bell should just call them DIY burritos and get it over with. My most recent Doritos Taco had 12 shreds of cheese on it. 12 !!!! I threw the bag on the floor!
I always open my taco bell burritos up and mix the innards around before I eat them. Really helps the experience. As always, great video, thanks for the entertainment.
That's genius. I'm going to try that. I open them to dump some hot sauce in, but never thought to adjust the ingredient placement. I owe you a diet Dew.
I really enjoyed this new product. I had one just as it is then ordered one where I added rice. It was extremely enjoyable with the rice, it had a better mouth feel and the sauces had something of substance to bind to, it honestly helped with the fries not being as soggy with the control burrito.

I had one of these last night and was quite unimpressed. Ever since Taco Bell removed their Quesarito I've felt their menu's been a bit uninspired lately, which is unfortunate.
Still available where I'm at. Our local TB took the gordita crunch off the menu, so if I really have a hankering for bodily punishment, I'll drive an extra 5 miles to a different one
Even if Taco Bell’s quality in the US is often mediocre, as a denizen of Scotland I do envy the variety and constant new items. Here the menu has been mostly unchanged for years.
Most of us over here dislike that American Taco Bell changes their menu every other month lol. We're like "Just pick something, please." I'm real curious about what the menu is like in Scotland, though.

One thing that people fail to talk about with the current steak from taco bell, is that it's completely and totally different from the steak they had in the 90's (and probably earlier). Like 100x different. The steak back then was unique and flavorful, nice big chunks and like I said completely different from what they serve as steak now.

I can vouch for the meat at Taco Bell. I work QA at a place that produces it. The steak meat is cut into tiny pieces. It is probably easier to chew that way. The chicken is also very good quality. The taco and burrito meat is a bit greasy for me, but tastes really good. Surprisingly, I have only ever ate at the restaurant a few times.
I realize a lot of it was sarcasm, but I love how he cracks himself up. “You smoked a couple and…”. Wish he’d do a video with his grandfather Featureman!
Life has been good since the last Running on Empty Food Review. My marriage is stronger than it’s ever been, and I’ve felt no late night compulsion to seek out cheap, convenient sustenance from a local fast food establishment. No King of Burgers has drawn me to his service; no Golden Arches have drawn my eye. It’s been healthy living and home cooking for me. Little did I know that last night would be different, for in the late hours I heard The Bell. I’ve often been haunted by the ringing of The Bell. Taco Bell has always been my guilty pleasure, my secret obsession, my beefy, cheesy midnight lover. For years I have struggled to separate myself from this Tex-Mex Nightmare, but to no avail; I still am drawn by the ringing of The Bell. I am the one for whom the bell tolls, and so I would be again. The ringing began as I finished my 23rd consecutive episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation. It was only a suggestion, a whisper of a ring heard through Jean-Luc Picard’s admonitions of Wesley Crusher. As the night wore on and I found my way to bed, the volume intensified in my mind, from a low din to an unbearable ringing. It was as if I had been transported to an old Spanish mission, and the bells were ringing over my anguished cries. I couldn’t take it anymore; something had to be done. With a flurry of action I threw on my clothes and burst out the door, scrambling for the car. The drive to Taco Bell is a familiar one to me, and I retraced the old route while the bell rang in the distance. Upon entering the drive-thru line, through the haze of smoke coming from a thousand vapes, I felt the old urge for the burrito welling inside me. The menu told me of the new Steak and Nacho Fries burrito, and with no further thought I ordered one up. I cannot recall flavor or texture of this item. The rapturous joy with which my mouth met the forbidden food was too overwhelming to describe. With each renewed assault on my rolled tortilla of meat and cheese, my guilt grew and grew. This is not my life anymore, yet here I was, in the parking lot of an abandoned bank, eating what can only be described as a crime against my own liver. Yet, despite my inner protestations, animal instinct had taken over; I finished the whole burrito in 12 gargantuan bites. With my shame grown to maturity, I rid myself of the evidence of the crime, disposing of my bag in a local gas station’s trash can. I returned home to find my wife, a worried expression on her face; upon confessing my actions, she held me sobbing in her arms, taking my apologies and showing tender mercy. Perhaps one day I will not be the one for whom the bell tolls. I can only hope it will be true.
What a rollercoaster of emotions, the initial drive of character defining, the inevitable climax, and the heart-renching revalation of circumstances. Truly a cinematic masterpiece.

Cynical and sarcastic ReviewBrah makes me happy lol. I am curious how Taco Bell makes their tortilla based foods and why the ingredients are inconsistently spread. Maybe when robots take over fast food there will be more consistency.
Cuz they don’t care if the ingredients are spread and wrapped right. It’s not hard just laziness, I still fix burritos I get from there lol. I worked there as my first job for 7 years so my standards are higher.
Taco Bell just doesn't seem to have a very big emphasis on quality assurance unfortunately, and it's also more dependant on location than any other fast food joint i've been to.
Great video reviewbrah!! I definitely wanna try the cherry sunrise freeze slushie, it looks really good! I have a tip for your video, you should put the cherry freeze in the title/thumbnail as well, I had no idea you were reviewing it!
My intuition told me that there would be a food review today from Reviewbrah! What a great start to the week. Steak and fine dining at its best, what more can you ask for!
i always appreciate your suit collection. especially the more vintage selections. as for taco bell well if they could make the food as intended it'd definitely raise them up on my list. i think the only reason they haven't shut down any of their restaurants in my city is besides mcdonalds they are the only other late night fast food, closing an hour after the bars shut down to get their target audience
Hey reviewbrah, i really think you're amazing. I always have such a good time watching your reviews, they are both really really entertaining and informative, and for the food that I've tried i can say i always agree. Most of the times however, i haven't even tried them in my life because I'm from Mexico and here we don't have Wendy's, Arby's, Taco Bell, etc, or not where I live at least (perhaps there are some of their stablishments in the north but i am not sure), but I just really enjoy your videos, the format, your sense of humor, and how objective you are. Keep up the good work man ♡♡♡ so amazing, thank you for giving us your time and effort, you make my day better!!
Normally I steer clear of food reviewers because of the lip smacking, moaning, and gross close ups.. Thank you for being classy and giving me a food review channel that doesn't make me want to throw up.
Taco Bell's quality continues to decline. I've always felt that it was drunk food for people leaving the bar after a long night of drinking. Thank you for the review; another Taco Bell item to skip.
Seems like they keep getting rid of things that were great, and replacing them with things that aren't so great. I still miss the grilled stuft burrito..
I just went and paid over $5 for one of these, and it was about 1/2 the size of the one you showed. I have been so disappointed in Taco Bell since they raised prices, cut standards and removed popular menu items at the start of the pandemic. Such a shame.
To be fair, Taco Bell is one of the better places for those looking for munchies. Crunchy, cheesy, beefy, spicy. It hits the right notes. Though personally I do enjoy grabbing a large amount of cheap tacos (8 or so) from Jack in the Box at 1 in the morning and eating them while watching Looney Tunes. That's my preference for late night eating.
I got a Doritos Loco taco from Taco Bell the other day, and the taco literally only had a half-inch of toppings, the rest was an empty shell. I was very disappointed.
Reviewbrah, we really need you to stand and model your outfit for us. As a former employee of a once well-known men's suit manufacturer, it is always a pleasure for me to see a well dress man. I worked at M. Wile, which over the years began to outsource their work and renamed themselves "Intercontinental Branded Apparel". That was their last incarnation before going out of business forever.
I was genuinely surprised at that “oh yeah, that’s what I’m talking about”, I’d never seen reviewbrah so immediately impressed. Then I realized he’s just being the sarcastic bastard that he is, what an entertainer
Yall remember when Taco Bell began slightly going in the right direction when they introduced the “Taco Bell Cantina Tacos”? Man those where good, not as good as authentic Mexican food truck tacos, but they had good flavor. Steak tacos served with cilantro and onion, served on a soft corn tortilla, wrapped in aluminum wrap and added a slice of lime. Good times
Right?! I trolled them for days on Twitter with memes about how good those were!!! I'm like throw the regular taco shells in the trash and just keep these! Idk why they make things that are actually good and then take them off the menu again...
You mentioned that thumbnails look samey with burritos. One suggestion i could make would be to put it on a plate and cut it with a very sharp knife (in hooes of not disheveling the contents too much) and then holding up the plate to show the insides.
Reviewbrah sometimes you gotta switch things up and try the other end, no shame in that buddy!!! Love your honest reviews and your sarcasm 😂😂! Keep up the good work.
I dont recall seeing the fries in that burrito being called crispy, but if I had to guess, the add of the fries to another menu item was their way of using the fries that have sat that they can't sell as a nacho fry side item so they repurpose them into another menu item assuming the other ingredients will just soak into them and you won't notice they weren't fresh enough to be served alone.
I saw this on the menu after I placed my order, so I missed out. The meal did make me extremely depressed the rest of the day. Not that I don't enjoy Taco Bell, but that the physiological effect on my body from the food really messed me up.
I had this without smoking one and thought it was pretty good, but it really is gooey, so much sauce. Imma have try it again after smoking one thanks for the idea Reviewbrah😂😂
I would love to see you do menu item tier lists for some of these fast food chains. I would definitely order based on what you'd put in the top tier. :) Wholesome review. ty
When I tried the Cherry Sunrise drink, you could see layers of red and yellow-orange in the cup. There was a lot less cherry in mine, it was very pineapple flavored and it was sour! The parts that had cherry were delicious and kind of a relief from the sour pineapple sips lol. But I ended up sitting in my car and chugging the whole thing before I even got home because it was satisfying, tasted good and it was cold, so it had an addictive quality to it. I’d also give it an 8/10 and I’ll be getting another one eventually
You should make a channel called, 'NEVER to the NINES! About the world outside', and post at nine. Truth is, you take it to ten. You do a really good job with everything! Thanks for sharing.
I’ll never understand why Taco Bell can’t distribute their ingredients throughout the entire burrito instead they put the meat on one side and the sauces on the other… Bad Taco Bell bad!
Lazy employees and the just the sheer amount of sauce causes the heavier ingredients to slide around and bunch up. If you'll notice, his first bite was just sauce, so all that causes everything to slide to the bottom.
I don't know if it's the same on the east coast but where I'm from on the west coast Taco Bell has the Happier Hour from 2-5PM where you can get freezes for a buck.
I've been wanting to try this item, but, NGL, was waiting for this review. But, I worked at Pizza Hut when they introduced the Steak Lovers Pizza. At the time it was owned by Pepsi, along with Taco Bell, so we got supplied with the Taco Bell steak to make the pizzas. It was the most disgusting, foulest concoction of meat I had ever seen. It came in pressed bricks, and smelled worse than dog food. And we had to wash whatever the slime in bag was off it. So, anything with Taco Bell steak in it, I generally steer clear of.

Watching reviewbrah regularly has actually helped me quit eating fast food completely as I'm always reminded how little I'm missing out on.

I cant afford not to eat fast food ...
I'm too lazy for that haha good idea though!
That's genius. I'm going to try that. I open them to dump some hot sauce in, but never thought to adjust the ingredient placement. I owe you a diet Dew.
I just accept my fate. That's too messy.
I’m too lazy to do that. I’d rather complain that all the rice and sour cream is on one end, and all the beef is on the other.
@Blu Dew I have to confess I'm a diet dew addict. pls don't judge
Even though I'm a vegetarian I love watching your reviews. You're awesome!

I think america can manage just fine
I really enjoyed this new product. I had one just as it is then ordered one where I added rice. It was extremely enjoyable with the rice, it had a better mouth feel and the sauces had something of substance to bind to, it honestly helped with the fries not being as soggy with the control burrito.
Yes...every burrito should be ordered with rice! Taco bell rule #1 👍

I had one of these last night and was quite unimpressed. Ever since Taco Bell removed their Quesarito I've felt their menu's been a bit uninspired lately, which is unfortunate.
Every time they remove an item, they lose patronage, I am one of those people
I can still order a quesarito at Taco Bell’s in my city. I know because it’s my favorite item on the menu haha. What city are you in?
Quesarito is still available but only for online ordering where i live
"Uninspired" lol bro it's TACO BELL
Still available where I'm at. Our local TB took the gordita crunch off the menu, so if I really have a hankering for bodily punishment, I'll drive an extra 5 miles to a different one
I watch your videos while I run on my treadmill every day. A great way to start my morning :)
Even if Taco Bell’s quality in the US is often mediocre, as a denizen of Scotland I do envy the variety and constant new items. Here the menu has been mostly unchanged for years.

One thing that people fail to talk about with the current steak from taco bell, is that it's completely and totally different from the steak they had in the 90's (and probably earlier). Like 100x different. The steak back then was unique and flavorful, nice big chunks and like I said completely different from what they serve as steak now.
Yeah, it's not just nostalgia, the steak was totally different.

Looking very dapper in your suit my friend! About to dive in to some past episodes of your podcast and make some popcorn. Tonight life is good
Video has been uploaded for about 5 minutes and you already have over 700 views. We love your reviews!
I've been watching these reviews on and off for a while now and I think I'm just now getting the humor of the thumbnails being filmed!
Liar, i bet you sneek out with that Wendy's red haired girl from time to time without your wife consent.🤣🤣🤣 cuz i do😊

@@sirmi9868 Wendy’s is like my ex-girlfriend, in that I have the Wendy’s app on my phone and it sends me notifications of what they’re doing from time to time.
@@pizzaPUFF365 I hope that, through a visceral retelling of my own story, I can provide some sliver of hope to others. Many other people also have been hooked by The Bell, and if I can reach out and let those kindred souls know that they are not alone, I should.
I thought I was getting fairly good at guessing the end scores, but this one surprised me! I thought for it was going to be a solid 6.3. You are always keeping us guessing. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thanks for all the great reviews
It mainly run by unprofessional employees and the policies for standard are not very high.

I wish they would make Nacho fries permanent. They're one of my favorite sides
Literally the only reason I ever go to Taco Bell
To be fair, Taco Bell is one of the better places for those looking for munchies. Crunchy, cheesy, beefy, spicy. It hits the right notes.
Though personally I do enjoy grabbing a large amount of cheap tacos (8 or so) from Jack in the Box at 1 in the morning and eating them while watching Looney Tunes. That's my preference for late night eating.
Try del Taco thank me later 🔥🔥
I got a Doritos Loco taco from Taco Bell the other day, and the taco literally only had a half-inch of toppings, the rest was an empty shell. I was very disappointed.
When you do a burrito you should cut it in half for a cross section view
Reviewbrah, we really need you to stand and model your outfit for us. As a former employee of a once well-known men's suit manufacturer, it is always a pleasure for me to see a well dress man. Good times
