When I bought it, the Jetson Bolt Pro was the cheapest eBike around. Looking at the small wheels and completely lack of suspension, I started looking for alternatives and this seemed to be a good one for only a bit more money. It had a smoother ride than any of my other eBikes; the rear shock worked very well.
This can be deceptive, because it might be only capable of putting out 350 W when supplied with 48 V. (but this is a 36 V bike) I'm tempted to buy another one of these; the price is $150 less than what I paid for this one. (now that they're getting competition from the Jetsons in Costco...)
I don't think it's a wire; it's programmed into the firmware. Believe me, you don't want to go over 18.6 mph on this bike. It's unstable enough at that speed.
Can you ride it in snow and is it okay to ride in light rain and how often should I charge the battery and and should I a charger it when it's all the way dead n hour do a full battery last in a day before I have to charge it and how long can I ride fast as miles and hours or minutes
can't ride it in snow charge the battery every 15 miles or so so you don't get stranded it goes 18.6 mph top speed you can go maybe an hour at this pace
I have the V pearl white this is my first E-bike and I tell you this today I took it all the way from my apartment to my job my job is 17 miles exactly in a car I got there in 23 miles My battery died as I was pulling into my job this is a great fucking 🏍
I currently have the same lectric lite (BLUE)....Im considering this bike also....how does it do up hills compared to lectric lite? Also is the top speed really 18.6? lots of reveiws on amazon say its only 15.5...??
The Lectric XP Lite is a lot strong up hills than this one is. The motor in the Lectric is a LOT more torquey, even though this one is advertised as a higher wattage. This one claims to have a 500 W motor, but the XP Lite has a 300 W and easily pulls twice as hard. I read the same reviews that said 15.5 or 18.6. I think the earlier ones were 15.5 and they raised the limit in later ones to 18.6. At 18.6 mph, this thing is FLYING, with those little tiny wheels. Steering is jittery and it is downright hazardous to not have both hands on the handlebar. With the Sailnovo, you'll find that most of the time, you're not pedaling. The Lectric is a lot more satisfying of a bike in every regard. It's really worth the extra money. It's bigger when folded out, is more powerful, faster, but still lighter. Bigger wheels make it a lot more stable too. I don't exactly REGRET buying the Sailnovo; it's a cheaper bike I can let my teenager use and not worry too much about it. It is also flatter, so it fits in the trunk of a sedan better, too, where the Lectric needs to be put in a tote in the back seat.
If you use the peddles and throttle it will go faster for sure! They have to advertise that it goes under 20 mph because federal law in the USA don't allow ebikes to go over 20 mph on just throttle Alone
If you can afford the Lectric XP Lite, that's a lot better bike. it's $300 more though. Consider this one mostly a scooter, as it's not practical to pedal faster than 9 mph.
Doesn't matter, as the seat won't go high enough for it to be an issue. ;-) I guess you could fit a different bar with some rise to it. (ex. BMX) Get a longer seatpost to go along with it maybe? The bike is only $360 now, so you can afford to soup it up a little.
Thanks! Mine comes in a few days. Could you make a video riding it? Maybe using a GoPro?
Easy to replace the seat w the one you recommended?
It uses the same post correct?
Yes and yes.
How do you remove the battery and contact info phone and email for replacement parts and warranty issues if you can let me know.
I don't know, sorry. Maybe try asking the question on Amazon under the product?
Did you find any info on fixing them?
I need to replace the key/ignition part
Has anyone ever had an issue with the throttle or has received an error code 008?
Looks like a future version of the jetson bolt pro

What kind of eange does the battery give you, as far as distance??
About 15 miles at full speed.

Would you use this for commuting ?
Yes, as long as your workplace is within the bike's range and you are OK not getting any exercise.
Just brought it😃👍🏿well this color to be exact fully equipped and insured 👍🏿
Just don't try to ride it one-handed and you'll be OK.
@@Smaug1 I ride it to work back n forth save💰 and to get a better new 🚙 to match it😃

@@Smaug1 no pain no gain, sir
How do you change the battery? Thanks
I didn't have to do it when I owned it, but probably through the back of the tube where the tail light exits. Maybe through the headlight housing?
@@Smaug1 thanks. I found it but having hard time finding battery replacement as it’s a cylinder. Not many replacements for those posted.
How would you buy or change out the battery?
I never had to, but probably by removing the tail light and going in the back tube.

40 mph

Whats the battery life like? How far does it go
About 18-25 miles on a charge.

I thought it was pretty good. Very unstable if you let go with one hand though; careful! My stepdaughter crashed twice on it from doing that.
Same
What lock do you recommend?
I got the folding lock from Lectric; it's a good one. I also have a Bulldog U-lock from Amazon that's even stronger, but not quite as compact.
I have the white one

Doesn't have the ability to adjust the handlebar height. That I don't like.

I like the bike so far. The seat is pure garbage though
I replaced it with the $20 GREAN seat from Amazon; it was great. I still have that seat on another bike.
