The DLC characters (Quan Chi, Tremor and Khameleon) appear to be seen on the seasonal towers you fight against. I think Ermac, Janet Cage and Mavado will appear on that towers in Gateways soon.
Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if we see them added to invasion mode next season. I make a habit of not purchasing any Mortal Kombat DLC and instead waiting for the complete edition down the line, so it'll be nice to at least see them in action outside of online matches.
Can the seasonal tower modifiers change or do you have to beat the tower because the tower I have the worst modifiers ever plus the talisman meteor one doesn’t work for me at all
Unfortunately you can't change the modifiers until you beat the tower because they're set per tower level. Can you tell me which modifiers you're up against and why the Meteoric Fall talisman doesn't work? I'll see if I can help.
@@SeanJohnson67769 All of the details are in the video description, but the Invincible relic can be found behind the electric barrier on the Tarkatan Colony map. You're going to need to beat the final invasion boss first to get the key item to break the barrier, then just follow the path it unlocks until you hit the stage with the "Iced Out" klue. I was able to solve this by using Sub-Zero and spamming his Ice Ball special move as much as possible, then finishing the fight with his Brain Freeze fatality (probably not required but it worked for me). Open the chest hidden behind this stage after solving the klue to get the Invincible relic.
Just a heads up that this is the video guide for last season and I have a different video out for this season (season 6), but the method remains pretty much the same. You need to at least beat the final invasion boss so that you can get your hands on the talisman and relic and by then you'll most likely already be max invasion level (level 30) so whether you want to or not you'll end up with a good amount of stat points and health. You could just go straight to the seasonal tower if you wanted to, but I believe the tower starts at level 30 so if you attempt it at a lower level, without the recommended talisman and without the recommended relic, you're going to have a much harder time.
Yep been using that talisman for a while until I discovered the Acid Pool one. Powered that up so much it drains their health in less than 10 seconds. I’m on level 362 and stuck on seasonal tower. They have blood vortex and there’s no way around it. Think I maxed it out 🤣

@@8-bitbasement Trust me I’m bored out my mind but once I started doing full rank 35 starting season 3, I doomed myself 🤣 I shoulda played from season 1 like everyone else!!!! Yeah the Acid Pool Talisman is so broken once you put the attack stat onto it and area of effect stat and duration stats. I also added charges and refill charges to it.

If I can find time to start deep-diving into talisman crafting every season and making guides for that, I'll be sure to keep a look out for tips like these from hardcore players like yourself. At the moment my guides focus on talismans that you can get in chests because it's faster, easier and more consistent for everyone that follows the guide, but I'm glad to have help and advice like this in the comments that can point people in the right direction if they want to really try breaking the game by crafting their own.

Level 128? Holy smokes! First of all congratulations, second of all yes the seasonal tower level resets at the end of the season. As for how many levels there are, I honestly can't tell you because most people stop once they've acquired the last seasonal tower skin for that season (usually level 80/90). The only reason to go further than that is if you're somehow enjoying it or just want to challenge yourself and see how far you can get.
what do we do if we by mistake didn't keep it ;( and removed it because we had no more space and thought it was useless and now probably can't do this farm method 😥😥
Are you talking about the Meteoric Fall talisman or the Invincible relic? For the relic, unfortunately there's no guaranteed way to get it back if it's been sold or discarded, but keep checking the vendor at the Gateway Portal mesa. His inventory changes every hour, and while I can't promise that he'll ever get an invincible relic, it's your best shot if you no longer have the one that I mention in the guide. For the talisman, you may be able to create your own by buying the lower level version from one of the vendors (I think one of the two on the final mesa has it for sale) and adding your own komponents to it. Chances are you'll need a good amount of komponents to get it to be as powerful as the one you find in the chest, and I can't guarantee that its effect will last as long since I haven't made one myself, but it's your next best bet unless you decide to go with a different talisman. Also let me just say, if all you're trying to do is farm XP and currency, there's an easier method that doesn't require a talisman that I have another video for on my channel. @@lukejoyce4166 Is it possible you aren't using it correctly? You need to hold the right analog stick up, which causes your character to hold the talisman up above their heads. Keep holding it there until you see meteors starting to fall, then wait until the opponent knocks you down before letting go of the stick so that the effect doesn't deactivate.

The relic works by leaving you with 1% health remaining at the beginning of the match, but then all damage is taken from your meter from that point forward, which recharges almost instantly. This makes it very hard to die with the relic equipped, unless you either take enough damage to wipe your entire meter or use too much of your meter and take a hit before it has a chance to recharge. Some tower modifiers will still do a ton of damage with this relic equipped in which case you need to improvise a bit, but it should be enough to get you through 95% of fights unscathed.
