  • Wagon was designed by me and fabricated with the help of some co-workers. Took longer than expected but well worth the wait.

Did you follow a build plan for this? I’d love to customize my daughters- the steering is pathetic and it doesn’t even have an axle that goes across the front. I love your setup. Do you have a parts list, and build instructions for at least the frame/steering, and axle size, wheels, etc?

Josh G. I worked at a fabrication shop and designed the lift myself. I will see if I can find the list of stuff i have into it.

I made all the parts in AutoCad then had them laser cut. I will look to see if I still have them.

How soft are the springs? Will the suspension cycle or are the springs to stiff? I haven't been able to find a soft enough set of springs unfortunately

@@boobies1989 sorry for the late reply. I got them from baja wagon a while ago. www.bajawagon.com/coshab43lb.html
They were the 80lb ones. If I built it again I would use the 43lb ones.

@@TacovendorJoey thanks for the reply.. so you think with two kids in it the 43 lb springs would be better? I'm trying to remember the process for spring rate. 43 lb would be that every 43 lbs put directly on the spring would compress it one inch correct?
