- A canoe trip in northern Saskatchewan from Missinipe down the Churchill River, up the Drinking River and out of the McLennan Lake area. We ducked wildfires, caught lots of fish and enjoyed the solitude and beauty of the Boreal Canadian landscape.

Just found your channel and subscribed. What a great trip. Many many years ago I had Ric Drediger make me a baker tent in canvas and then a couple of fireboxes and another baker tent out of nylon. A very nice guy. That is such wild beautiful country. Thanx for the memories
Great video. We’ve got northern Saskatchewan on our too do list and this route looks top notch. Thanks for putting the video together. Wondering if you would go back in that area or over to WCPP instead? Probably couldn’t go wrong with either. Thanks again.
Thanks, we will definitely be doing many more trips up there. It's much closer to Calgary and is beautiful with many routes. I recommend talking with Ric Driedger and buying his guidebook on the area.
Nice trip. Enjoyed the video
Great video! Post more please!
Lol. I've been that route. We did it 600km. I passed by twin falls and there was no fish that day
Enjoyed the vid! Subbed!
If you enjoyed this particular trip go check out all the routes available in North Sask.
Check Trip # 34 as it is a dandy.
You will not see anyone for the entire trip and it is not as well travelled as this one.
Awesome. I’ll check it out.
You know that Ric has retired and sold his business.@@VernDewit
@@robertlipsett6446 yes. I get the newsletter that he put out.
Great video. Did you revise it and add maps and other stuff?
Thx! Yes I totally redid the entire thing from scratch using new techniques and software.
@@VernDewit excellent! I am planning on doing this exact route this July. Your video helped a lot!
@@RyFly21 don’t forget to check out the trip report linked in the description. I have detailed gps tracks and maps there.
