Simply soft fluffy chocolaty cupcakes

Ingredients-
3 Tbsp - Cocoa powder
1/2 cup - Hot water
55 gm- Butter
6 Tbsp- Sugar
1 Tsp- Vanilla essence
1 large - Egg
8 Tbsp- Flour
1/4 Tsp- Salt
1 1/2 Tsp - Baking powder
30gm- Chocolate chips
Method:
- in a bowl, mix cocoa powder and hot water till smooth. Set aside. Cool at room temperature
- cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence, egg and mix well.
- sift together flour, salt and baking powder and add to the butter sugar mix.
- add cocoa water to it next
- mix and whisk all together.
- fold in chocolate chips
- bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 mins (time varies depending on the oven size)
