A Mopar engine has a sound unto its own.. unmistakable..
It sounds almost identical to the generic V8 sound from the first Driver game. And I really, REALLY loved that game.

My late cousin had a 69 Newport with a 383. Paid $800. ( back in 1981) ran like a top. Traded it for a 71 firebird. Those good cars.

Its a nice example of a Newport but this unit has bad oil control rings there is a blue haze coming out of the exhaust the whole time

yeah its low but its fine to me if you would ask, maybe a just a tiny miny bit higher 100 rpms higher is enough
